Your blood pressure during the cycle ?

ad

How do you deal with high blood pressure during a cycle ?
After which Measures did you have problems with blood pressure ?

Nattokinase and cialis 5mg daily or every other day and I literally yawn all day. This is what I would definitely try before blood pressure medications, because these medications have a lot of long-term side effects.

Get on doctor prescribed meds. I take Lisinopril. Tell your doctor its in your family history if you dont want to expose you're taking a schedule III illegal med. But if you are staying on why not? Before that 5mg of cialis daily brought it down before i would go for a physical

I had been dealing with some blood pressure spiking while on cycle and even while cruising Doctor recommended some blood pressure medication and it seemed to work, getting me from or 140 over 90 down at the 120 over 80 range consistently But it did come with some side effects. My Dr directed me to discontinue that particular blood pressure medication and just to stick with the cardio from that point. My blood pressure has been consistently been right around 120 over 80 ever since. I've been advised to keep a close eye on it. Blood pressure will always be an issue when you're dealing with gear. Best advice I would say is to induce mild cardio and just keep an eye on it. Blood pressure meds work great for some for others like myself side effects can be an issue.

Cialis seems to be very mild and work at lowering moderately elevated blood pressure. At least for me there’s no side effects with it. I didn’t even realize how much it was helping my blood pressure till I ran out of it. It was helping quite a bit, just got my restock in the mail yesterday and I am grateful lol

Both of them are hard on blood pressure, taking meds with them still only brings it down a little bit.

Cardio. More cardio. Then some additional cardio. BP is currently 115/68 on cycle. The secret??? Yup…cardio

Is there a way of doing cardio that is better than another way for blood pressure. Like is HIT better than steady state or the other way around? And not for fat loss but for cardiovascular health/blood pressure. And then there’s also that style of training where you get your heart rate up as fast as possible and keep it there for like 2 minutes or something and then drop down to like 75% of that and then back up or something, idk all the specifics but it’s something along those lines. Then theres fasted for not fasted.

Do you think any one style is better than any other style for heart heals, or is cardio, cardio?

Cardio is cardio. I don’t believe in the theory that a certain heart rate zone magically burns fat vs not fat. A caloric deficit burns fat. Cardio is just a means to get there and a lower heart rate zone type of cardio is more sustainable. Also, there’s such a thing in the marathon runner world as “building work capacity” and they do a fuck ton of miles in that super low heart rate zone to build that capacity without accumulating a bunch of fatigue.

I have found that cardio in the 100-120 bpm heart rate is the sweet spot for burning calories but not so taxing that it’s detrimental to my lifting. If you do cardio too hard it becomes a legit work out you need to recover from. 100-120 bpm for 60 minutes at 0600 in the morning and my legs are still 100% ready to lift come 1500 in the afternoon.

If your numbers are shooting up, go see a doctor and get some medication for it if you plan on staying on cycle. In my opinion though, if your numbers are skyrocketing, I would end the cycle and do proper pct. BP will more than likely go up on gear, it's the name of the game. High BP is not something to let go.

What gear are you taking ? That’s not bad that’s not even classed as hypertension these days and the doctors in the uk wouldn’t be worried or give you meds at that and just advise you to lose weight.
Keep your eye on it , and if your overly concerned then donate blood regularly and/or get some Telmisartan from your source

Mine runs about the same on gear. You're going to get that using gear. I'm in no way a medical professional, but IMO that's not terribly bad. Best advice is if it bothers you running slightly highly than normal BP either see a doctor or go back natty. There's also herbal supplements, such as Hawthorne berry that seem to slightly help. There's plenty of topics on here that are helpful with BP. Use that search bar and do some research. But at the end of the day, it's your body, take care of yourself as you see fit.
