How do you take care of your bowels ?
do you have any proven methods ?

I use SEED preboitics/probiotics. They made me really regular, solid and clean wiping.

Or you could always drink a cup of coffee and smoke a cig first thing in the morning. That will have you running to the bathroom.

I'll probably catch some crap for this, but cutting gluten was the best thing I could have done. I have IBD, my wife cut gluten because she has an autoimmune disorder and her doc told her gluten exacerbates it. I cut it out for a bit just to support her and my stomach felt better soon after. My inflammatory markers improved drastically as well. Aside from that, probiotics and glutamine.

Edit: Gluten seems to primarily be a problem here in the US, so this may or may not benefit you. My guess is it's the way we "enrich" our wheat products in the states. I did not have the same issue in Ireland.

I've read some gluten may be genetically modified here in the US, and loaded with glyphosate as well. Also calcium propionate is added in some breads and tortillas as a preservative. All aggravate the gut and immune system.

I haven't ever really went deep into it, but I'm not surprised at all. Tin-foil hat time... we live in a country where the food and drug administration are one entity. Why not make people sick with your food, so you can treat them with your medicine? I also recently heard something about the "enrichment" of wheat products in the states with Folic Acid. Apparently some are now claiming that only a little more than half the populous can break down Folic Acid. Supposedly thats why more multivitamin are starting to use methylated folates as opposed to Folic Acid. I haven't looked too much into that one either though.

Eat more fiber. Chia seeds and flax seeds are amazing for me. Psyllium husk is also a pretty good fiber supplement.

Unless you’re talking about hgh and increase in gut size.

I don’t think there’s anything you can do about that, but I’ve only ever heard about it. I have no experience with it myself.

I drink sugar free Metamucil every day. Helps keep me very regular/scheduled and drastically cuts down on my bloating. Also like to chug some if I know I’m about to have a very carb heavy treat like cake, pie, or donuts. Helps combat that blood sugar spike real well too

If you eat a big meal you are bound to be bloated. If you are bloated even on smaller meals, then for a start, digestive enzymes that, if possible, also contain ox bile. Sufficient hydration. Fibrous food goes without saying since we eat a lot of meat that rots in the intestines for months. Intermittent fasting is also helpful. I know that bodybuilders are afraid of losing all their muscles, but that won't happen because of a few hours of fasting. Insulin resistance can also be the reason for bloating (A thin man with a stomach).
And at the end, morning coffee on an empty stomach for the ultimate cleansing Biggrin
