+ 1 It's time for blood!
I'm about 6 weeks into my TRT, and getting close to 4 weeks of blasting 400 mg test/wk. I'm also taking Anavar 50 mg ED and NPP 35 mg EOD (therapeutic effect).
I think it would be wise of me to get bloods taken. I can order them myself, but I would like a cost effective solution - not CHEAP. It seems there are quite a few options. I could have my PCP ask for bloods at a greatly reduced cost because of insuy, but he may freak when he sees some of the numbers. Supposedly with our protections, he's not supposed to disclose it to anyone.
What tests to people normally get done? I also have a TRT clinic that will ask for bloods, but I have at least another month for that, and I want to be at TRT dosages by then.
So which bloods do you all normally opt for? I see a test and estrogen test (and a few of those), and the "regular" blood test. Without insurance, these costs sure add up quickly. I think of it more as an investment into my body though, and I don't want to permanently mess it up.

Full blood count, ALT/AST, creatinine/e-gfr, Cystatin C, Gamma GT, testosterone, E2, SHBG, Progesterone, prolactin, Vit D3, HbA1C, PSA , FT3, FT4, TSH if not using thyroid drugs, urea, potassium, sodium.
That’s the least I would do !

Thank you. I got the complete one from private MD. It was like $130 which is fine by me. I was hoping it would be around that much. Seems like a fair price. We'll see what my numbers are by next week!
