Today starts my 9th week since the last dose of a 4 month first cycle. Final push was 600 test e/800 primo. But the first 2 1/2 months was only 500 test c. As the cycle went along I upped my dosage experimented a little. One week I was using dbol injections for pre-workout. My hair line shredded badly when introduced the primo (probably had mast in it someone said because it was generic 200mg ml).I Only used primo last six weeks.

37 year old male. Been working out mildly for a couple years but as soon as i got a solid 5 day a week routine i decided to start my first cycle. I put anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours in per sessiom. My starting weight was 185 and I maxed out at 235 at the peak of my cycle. Today I weighed 219. I havent gained any visible body fat. I was a little worried that the end result was going to be disastrous and I went through all that for nothing. I feel like I would weigh more but I didn't eat right or work out for ten days because I fell into a depression. Idk if it was because I was shut down, or clomid sides or what. During my depression phase I lost 5 pounds.
Yesterday I made myself get back in the gym and today went back again depressions over.

So pct ended two days ago. 3 weeks 2x daily clomid and nolva then 2 weeks 1x daily. Used 5000ui of HCG at 500 a day starting end of cycle. So when do I get labs to check my levels if they are normal? Two months?

I'm not sure if I needed to post all this information or not but i just wanted to share with someone. I cant exactly go around talking about this to my peers.

35 lbs of muscle give or take. Not too bad for 4 months or should i have gained more?

Main diet was pork tenderloin, hamburger, tuna, canned salmon, grass fed beef, ocaisonal sweet potatoes, low carbs really. Greek yogurt. Raw eggs and protein shakes, liquid egg whites. but I didn't eat nearly as much as I see some of you guys talking about. At best I ate 2500-2700 a day mostly protein. I know next time around I am gonna plan my diet better. I was pretty much figuring this stuff out as I went along. I thought I could eat 1500 calories a day and bulk at the beginning of my cycle. I wanted to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. I was clueless until I picked up some good tips along the way. This forum has helped a lot.

Somewhere around 3/ 12 months I started getting real fatigued real fast. I could tell I was about done.

So next cycle I am thinking dbol (injectable) and test prop to Kickstart four weeks alongside 300 test and 500 DHB for three months. For another bulk. I would add Trest at 10mg a day in 4 day bursts for the first 4 weeks but I'm Scared of the methyl estrogen that can't be tested for. Would daily nolva mitigate the methyl estrogen? I think I read somewhere that regular ai like aromasin is useless for the estrogen sides of drugs like trest. I've got some time to do research. If anyone has any suggestions for third compound or advice I'm all ears (eyes lol).

If you gained 35lbs on that cycle why would you want to run something different? If it ain't broke don't try to fix it. Lol

Exploration and curiosity I guess. Only thing is primo was hard on my hair line even on ru556778. Guess I'm just gonna substitute the primo with dhb. I just gotta figure out the numbers.

35 lbs ??? And we are wondering if you should have gained more. Holy shit. Was this your first cycle??? Sounds like a lot of ups and downs emotionally. There are a lot of drugs in the mix so pin pointing where the sides are coming from will be extremely difficult. My suggestion and rustyhooker correct me if I’m wrong but I’d pct my way out let my body heal get bloods and back to a healthy baseline. With any drug we need to be patient and observe effects. Take just test how does that feel at 300 MG, 500 MG?? PCT out how long is recovery?? If your going to stack why not pick a lighter secondary like var?? How does adding var on the next cycle make you feel at 40 mg, 50 etc you get the point. To much to fast is going to fuck you. What’s the long term goal here???

Yes first cycle ever. I might end up losing more after the pct wears off all the way. I honestly don't know what to expect.

I thought about var.. I got tons of research to do I guess. It's hard sifting through posts to find the good stuff.

It’s a murky world AAS. Lots of reading… guys on here are great. I’ll use myself as an example. Full disclosure still a beginner in terms of AAS. I have a long term goal. To compete in bodybuilding. I then took time to understand this stuff is not magic all the benefits come with a consequence. The more powerful the benefit the more powerful the consequences can be. So we need to look at risk management. Reward/Risk Ratio. I decided to start with just test because as a male it’s already present we are just seeking to go to a super physiological amount. I started low at 300 MG for four week then upped to 600 in intervals of 4 weeks monitoring for sides. When I ended my cycle I was able to make concrete observations and we know it’s only under the influence of test.

  1. Mood: Great! Felt good all cycle like the world was my oyster. People around me said I was a pleasure to be with and super positive.
  2. Body/Performance: I went from around 170 to over 185 in 12 weeks. My power in the gym grew every week. And I wasn’t bulking just in a very small calorie surplus. With a small cut here and there when my abs became less visible.
  3. Sides: super horny for the middle of the cycle. Random erections etc like being a teenager. Some water retention although minimal.

Conclusion: 12 weeks of test e made me feel fantastic and perform fantastic. In the process of PCT and I know for cycle two if I add var new effects/sides would most likely be from that.

Stay health man. PCT will most likely make you feel down but if you can stay in the game you should recover!!

AAS are an accelerant but only you can make the spark and stoke the fire. Keep in mind that old saying the candle that burns to bright…

Also be aware if you are stacking drugs that amortize your going to be dealing with estrogen issues and need to run AIs or Serms but I’d get advice from someone with more experience then me.

Well I haven't figured out the numbers but i know i want to use more dhb than test, and idk if i should add something to stay dryer. Proviron maybe. I Love dbol as preorkout, feels awesome, but I know it causes water gain.

It sounds made up! That's probably the best thing you could have said. I was thinking someone was gonna come say I should have more. I'm ok with you not believing me. I expect harsh criticism from here for some reason.

I'm about four months away. What would you suggest for bulking? I really want dhb in it, and I don't think I am quite ready for 19nors.

Also does two months after pct sound about right to get post cycle labs?

PCT is time on plus time off so you are more like 8 months away not 4 You did a 4 month cycle, unless your bloods bounce right back to where they were before you started, then your 6 months away.

I agree with rusty and makwa . Don’t over complicate things especially when you’re just starting off . The more compounds you throw in doesn’t mean better results
