How to raise my E2 during pct
At the end of my first Cycle was 600 test and primo 400 weekly For 12 weeks. 3.5 ui hgh daily. Two weeks after my last pin I started nolvadex 50mg daily and I strongly suspect underground Lab sent me the wrong thing because my e2 is crashed. Every joint in my body is extremely painful to bend day. Knees elbows even my hips cant workout much less clean my room. For about 2 days now I stopped taking when I noticed it was crashing estrogen but keeps getting worse. I was going to skip hcg because I was afraid of the estrogen sides I keep reading about. But I have discontinued the crappy nolva for now and started the hcg at about 500ui last two days. I have another source of nolva on hand from hopefully it's better. I can be stubborn and unconventional and I always fly by the seat of my pants preferring to learn as I go which is probably discouraged here. I get it and I suppose I'll welcome my criticism but i am looking for advice also please.
Is there anything else I can do to restore my estrogen shy of blasting some Diananol or ment I don't want to start pct all the way over.
Question should I switch nolva sources and take it alongside the hcg or should I use the hcg for a week then go back to the nolva?

I would get test no ester and pin about 50 mg along with Dbol 10 mg orals. that should get your E2 up
So I wonder if it is possible if the test E wore off before the primo wore off and that crashed my estrogen. I was mistaken when I wrote 400. I was doing 400 x a week. The vial I had was 200 per ml.
Half-life is the same for both. Wouldn't be an issue unless you stopped one before the other.

MilfsAreMyFavor...First thing is you should do a bloodtest and second you dont want to raise your estrogen to much because if its to high your body stop producing testosterone.

I thought low estrogen was bad for pct. My joints are actually way more manageable today. Yesterday I could hardly move. I have clomid too I wasnt sure if I should do the nolva two weeks then the clomid two or should I run them together. I am gonna go read that post you mentioned now.
RustyhookerLow e2 makes you feel crappy with joints and long term very unhealthy. High e2 will send a negative feedback loop and stop pct from working. It will basically fail. So middleground...not sore joints but not coming off cycle with e2 up high...
Pct is a combo to hit the good effects. And if you run a nor later on....both high e2 and high prolactin will keep you shutdown....fail. more complex pct.
By nor you mean tren or Decca?

Primo at 600mg/week for 14 weeks crashed(<15) my e2 a couple of months ago. I wasn't on 600mg/week of test though. Impossible to tell what the nolvadex is unless it's rx or recently tested.
Rule of thumb is to use rx pct.
I'd order some rx tamoxifen asap! But switch to the orher brand of nolvadex until the rx stuff gets there. Bloodwork would help too.
I thought might have been the primo too but my last pin was the 29th so idk why I crashed had to be bad nolva. The bolva pills look just like Adex chances are I was taking 2mg adex for three days straigh.
RustyhookerHcg would at least get him fired up on starting recovery. 500iu e3d . Shouldnt rause e2 too high but get the lh alive n kicking plus leydigs. Ohhhh the learning curves. Weve all been here. Lol
Can I run hcg with the clomid and nolva?
RustyhookerIt sounded like you have items enroute. Hcg now then into the nolva clomid pct just few days. Hcg will wake up your nutty buddies then nolva clomid to complete pct.
