Arimidex gel caps

So I ordered some Dex but they come in one mg gelcaps and I'm just curious if I can just take the Powder out and split the powder In 1/2 And that way I can take a 1/2 milligram at a time

too much monkeying around. I would only buy caps if they were properly dosed at .25mg/cap.
