+ 13 Abusing gear..in a rush to harm yourself

ad

So I just saw some comments on an SI about newbies "slanging" the term trt around and going straight to more harsher drugs such as tren. For newbies or anyone thinking that this type of mentality is right, you're wrong and possibly dead wrong. It's insane. Do you even care about your health a little bit? Damn. Guess not. So I take it that these same individuals are willing to risk it all for that "Mr.Olympia" body that they heard is supposedly only obtainable with tren and high rediculous doses of gear. In reality if you don't have the genetics you could use a gallon of gear for a lifetime and STILL NOT look anything close to that Mr. Olympia or anyone that has a great build that you're chasing. It's plain and simple, an individual can only develop the body to a certain degree. I know alot of folks hate to hear that but it's reality, so just develop the best body that is within your limitations. Lastly newbies, trt is simply replacing natural testosterone levels so anything over that natural limit isn't trt.

Truthfully I didn't know any other way so it was normal to me. I always had energy in HS paying sports. Just never knew I had low T.

The key for us non-genetically gifted individuals is to work harder and smarter. Smarter is probably the key word here, and that includes diet and not just the gym. That is going to take you much further than pinning gear until it oozes out of your ears.

I agree with that. As we get older the term work smarter should really kick in. Now we gotta work harder too but smarter is key like you said. Yep everything has to go hand and hand with nothing lacking...gym, sleep, diet etc.
Flex Wheeler is said by Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates to have been the greatest genetically blessed bodybuilder of all time...problem was both Dorian and Ronnie out worked him plain and simple! Gotta work hard! Drugs can only do so much!
