Honestly great, I do believe it should be noted it it isnt the total calroies that matter more so the surplus amount but at 6,1 200lbs the 3,180kcal goal seems reasonable. I would only recomened slightly lowering protein and putting the rest into carbs aside from that it seems perfect!

Yeah someone else said the same thing about the protein. I did revise to drop the protein to 250 and put the rest into carbs.

I’ve been doing egg shakes twice a day with full whole meal thrown in. It allows me to hit something “sweet and tasty” but also do something random with my whole meal.

1.5cups MuscleEgg
3 whole eggs
1 heaping tbsp of a supplement called Organised (beef organ proteins)
Blended up and topped with a little whole milk….

520 cal 73 pro 16 carb 18 fat. That twice a day gives me a ton of wiggle room while still eating at a deficit.

I would drop and premixed stuff, but that’s just me. I tried the turkey deal and it lasted a week.

This looks interesting. Thanks for that recipe. Oh with the ground turkey I add pork sausage spices so it legit tastes like breakfast sausage

Hmm… might have to give it a go again. There’s nothing mustard can’t help lol.

I do love mustard. These are the spices I get https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BMGRFTT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Not bad, just make sure it’s something you like so you can sustain it.
It seems a little bland. Make sure you spicy it up to stay interested in doing it.

Absolutely agree. I have been doing the same breakfast and lunch (minus the bagel)for 2 years now because it’s easy and tastes fine. I’ve never had a problem eating the same thing.

Good advice. Best diet is the one you can stick to. That being said sometimes I throw macros out of the window and just get my calorie goal to mix things up.

3200 calories of ice cream? Why not?

Definitely solid. What’s your approximate BF%? I would personally swap some of that protein for carbs. Unless you’re worried about feeling satiated. May contribute your lifts.

Somedude's picture

I haven’t measure bf% I can see the top 2 abs a bit. I need to get a dexa scan. You think more carbs? The protein is at 278 you think make it 250 and move that to carbs? Satiated isn’t a problem with all this food.

jdub8189's picture

Yeah that’s what I would do. Until you’re super big lean at a certain point super high protein is kind of overkill.
