Looking for Night Time Snack Ideas Before Bed

ad

Hello all,
Iv been having a hard time finding a new high protein snack before bed. Lately Iv been doing a cup of greek yogurt at 2% fat. I’m just curious what you guys do for a robust high protein snack. I’m lacking creativity for food ideas. I am not on any sort of cutting diet at the moment so all ideas are welcome. Thank you all in advance for the input!

Anything with cheese because I don’t wake up in the middle of the night because I’m hungry. Or steak and eggs.

Va ta faire foutre ! Just busy with work and life, mostly work. A few things going on that have had me mentally exhausted. Mais, je de retour, salopes.

I make devilled eggs. I peel all my eggs and keep them in water in the fridge. keeps them moist. then I'll make up the mayo/egg yolk/ and put pieces of bacon crumble in there. then I put that into a ziplock.
when I'm craving, it takes only 3min to get a egg, dry it, scoop stuff into it. 4-5 of them fill me up!

Try this:
Snack on boiled eggs with a few small pieces of avocado. You can mash them and spread them on the egg.
Hummus. It's best to consume it as a sauce with freshly sliced peppers and cucumbers.
Fatty red fish. You can pair it with leafy vegetables.
Kiwi. Contains serotonin.
Dietitians have stated that consuming food high in protein and low in harmful fats shortly before bedtime helps stabilize blood sugar levels throughout the night.

Depedning on what type of cottage cheese I eat (depends on if bulking or cutting) I might get a little fat in there at night time. Mostly just concernded about getting in some slower digesting protein (the tuna isn't but tastes good Lol ) and trying to stay away from alot of carbs, especially if I have a little DHB or tren going on.

Why do we want fats before bed? Slow digestion rates?

Power crunch triple chocolate protein bars are sooo good but only 13 grams of protein but there ok for cutting cus there only like 10 grams of carbs. I wish they had more calories and protein because I love them and would love if I could bill by just eating them all day

Greek yogurt or cottage cheese are the move, mix in whatever you like to sweeten it.

If you have the funds spring for a ninja creami, protein shake ice cream basically. It’s loud as hell when it’s on but they’re delicious.

eggs are so convenient, takes a few min to cook - fry em or scramble em I don't care. 4 eggs and a cup of fair life skim milk will yield 35ish grams of protein and 20 grams of fat, less than 5 carbs.
I also like protein bar(s) and milk.
You can also look up recipes for protein icecream... used to eat that stuff all the time, really freaking good

You know what, now that you state this that might be the case with all dairy products. I can’t really eat before bed because I’ll wake up with heart burn regardless of what it is that’s why I stick with protein and water.
