There are so many options out there nowadays you can't really go wrong with any of them, various multivitamin mixes in larger than normal doses, energy mixes, age specific mixes etc. I just use a general multivitamin + Iron and then the ones I like to take extra of are Vitamin D (helps liver, mood, acts as a mini steroid etc) Zinc (great for stimulating the testes on cycle, helps appetite, regulates estrogen & progesterone) Vit B12 & Folic acid (help liver together & kidneys) plus haemoglobin production.
Your best bet is to take a multivitamin that covers your daily allowances. Without you letting us know exactly what your cycle consists of, it would be difficult for any of us to give you any good advice.
Lighten up. Banter is good for the site and members get to know and trust each other. If you can't handle that perhaps you should try a different site.

Who ever said I can’t handle that lol, I’m asking for real advise and I would appreciate a real answer thank you
I suggested "if you can't handle it..." I didn't say you couldn't handle it.
You've gotten several real answers and if banter, or jokes keep your post alive, you're apt to get more.
-You're welcome.

I put this up a while ago.
Vitamin D, Fiber, Fish OIL, any multivitamin for starters. If your exposed to more orals you’d want to take a liver health supplement
