+ 3 Over the counter vitamins
ad
I haven't seen a post in while going vitamin regimens. Here is mine, the I had issue was elevated liver enzymes which made me look into what else I could buy over the counter a few years ago. Adding a few supplements eliminated that issue. We spend way more on gear and I know some of these overlap or don't have conclusive evidence but for the small investment I believe it is worth it. I hope this could help newbies or at least be a little informative.

The berberine AM and the liv52 double strength PM i take out that bunch. But remember boys if your taking orals take the liver pills opposite schedule or they will just flush the orals right out your liver. May not be using the right verbage but if your taking orals in morning then liver pills night and vice versa. If orals are am/pm then take liver pills before bed.
Also i always get the 50+ vitamins because they have a higher concentration of the vitamins you want in high quantities. Think i been taking 50+ vitamins since late twentys.
I use those animal pak vitamins on and off cycle. I’m to lazy to be asked to go out and get individual vitamins.
anvilLove that it has whey protein included.
Not necessarily sure if this is the best bet but for me habit forming is about accessibility. And if I have something in a pack like this I’ll take it consistently.
Glad you posted this. Stay safe +1
anvilThank you!
I have always been a vitamin freak. I basically have a mini vitamin shop in my closet. Yes vitamins are very important and I like that list that you have. I've probably taken everyone of those supplements at some point. Even as a kid I took vitamins and nutritional supplements.
I don't really take anything other than supplement C and D, maybe some zinc here n there. I eat a good mix of foods and other than what's in my protein shakes I don't feel a need to supplement. Naturally I'm not deficient in anything so I don't feel a need to add more. To each their own, but to me just a waste of money to add vitamins if you aren't deficient.
anvilAgreed, just combats some adverse sides. Blood pressure and cholesterol issues are very common in our domain.
Man high BP and cholesterol is the enemy!
Yeah I don't go hard these days. Unless I plan on doing a big cycle then I will supplement where needed.
There he goes!
