Yet another Beginner's Cycle Post
ad
Hey everyone, another beginner here looking for advice. Go easy on me.
I have read the stickies and I didn't quite find the information I was researching, so I am asking the community for their advice.
About me:
Currently 270 (dropped from 320),
About to start taking Test
I want to start a cycle to increase muscle mass, weight loss, and energy.
I read similar posts about people in my situation but the answers are varied based on their individual situation.
Appreciate the help.

Looks like you were a big guy who has or is still losing weight. Good for you my man. With that being said, you probably need to give more stats but more than likely you'll probably need to slowly keep losing weight in order to start at a good foundation or base which will make gains from first cycle a bit easier. There's alot of things that come with this lifestyle such as checkups, bloods etc. Good luck
What stats do you need?
I am over six foot. I don't know my body fat. If you have a recommendation for a handheld body weight tool from Amazon or whatever that isn't the popular one (silver one with two handles, looks like a race car steering yoke), I appreciate it.
Thanks for the compliments. It was been a ton of work and dedication, much like all of your work.
I've seen those measuring tools. Haven't messed with one in many years.
Cheap skinfold caliper is all you need. Run the measurements through the Jackson-Pollard 3 point test to get estimate. Easy as apple pie.
Thanks. I used to have one that was digital that I really liked but it got lost in one of my moves.
I ordered a cheap one from Amazon. We will see how it goes. I appreciate your suggestion.
Yep, hard work.
Bodyfat estimate?
Age ?
Over 40
Just making sure you won't get much advice without proper stats and depending on how high you're body fat is at the moment it might be unwise to run anything you will potentially run into issues side effects high blood pressure higher estrogen conversion alot could go wrong I would advice you to get some bloodwork done and see where you're health is possibly get your testosterone levels tested you might be able to get on hormone replacement therapy via a doctor of your testosterone is low and you will be monitored with blood work etc to maintain health ,might be a safer method good luck
