What time of day to take anavar

Hey guys,
I will be getting my bloods this weekend and I just can’t seem to find an answer to this question.
I will be doing my second cycle and I just wasn’t sure when to take my anavar, if I should take it before my workout or in the morning, or if I should split the dosage. Just looking for some advice because I was just going to take all 50mg in the morning with no food.
Let me know what you guys think or if you need more information, thank you.

LucasBiggsMost important thing is to keep blood levels stable. Given the half life, morning and night works.
If your weird like me and get sides such as lethargy from var..dividing it into 3 smaller doses spaced equally throughout the day can help. Hitting the liver with larger doses may lead to more side effects although for most peoole liver sides are not an issue with var.
cowkiller21Pretty experienced here. So u hear people taking it preworkout mainly because of the swelling associated with its quick absorption, so u can lift heavier and harder. But the half life is like 10 hours and most of the gains are FROM THE PUMPS IN THE GYM - if u want to maximize muscle growth take it twice a day. If u want to take advantage of the strength gains while minimizing liver toxicity, take it once before a workout. take anywhere from 25-100mg a day
So just started my 3rd week of var I was going to split it twice a day but even with my new pill cutter it crushes one side of the tab so I have opted to taking the 50mg once a day with my breakfast. So far so good not sure how I should feel but nothing crazy yet. I do get a pump like an hour after taking it and blood pressure up a little.

Then pre workout like 1 hour before I’ve personally used this and enjoyed it I go sublingual pre workout.
You just dissolve a tablet under your tongue? Does this effect bioavailability?
So split it between morning and pre workout. 25 in morning and 25 pre? Sounds good
Lifted-presence92Dosage i can’t recommend bro it’s whatever you can tolerate and feel good on. But from what you’ve mentioned yes 25 am and 25 pre workout I’m assuming you work 9-5 so that’s perfect. I know people that only utilize var, dbol and aboms pre workout I’m only 31 bro and the older I’m getting orals just don’t agree with me like they should I mean that can be amazing! A lot of pros not like top pros are staying away from them also and only using them contest prep like diesel has said here and other comment bro orals wreck havoc on you bloods.
What I started doing 3x a week if I’m off season I utilize a good tne 25-50mg 1.5 pre workout and 10mg cialias 30min before I love it and get the pump I’m looking for with orals.
Sorry about that I know you can tell me dosages as I was just using as an example. Thank you to everyone for the feedback great community. I don’t typically run orals at all but I figured give this a try see how it goes.

As long as you take it everyday consistently...I wouldn't worry too much about what time you are taking it. Just get the daily dose in and rock on. Supplementing with extra added omega 3 fish/krill oil is recommended (var wreaks havoc on blood lipid values) along with liver aid supplements of your preference. You mentioned this is your 2nd cycle ...what other compounds are you using alongside anavar?
I have a liver supplement on hand along with TUDU and I didn’t know I should also take fish oil. Is fish oil a must before it messes with my stomach lol
I will be running 300 test e a week with it.
I take 40mg a day split into 2 doses am and pm. Run for 4 weeks and then take 4 weeks off so your cholesterol can recover. Eat very clean on var your cholesterol will get horrible.

Honestly, I’ve experimented with all sorts of timing and the end result is the exact same. Try different timing variations and see what works best for you (it’s all in the AM pre-workout for me).
Whew 50mgs? I can't take more than 20mg without the debilitating calf pumps or abdominal cramps. I always took it in the am 1hr before my workout and never split the dose. There is a point at which dosage density has a point of fewer returns and more sides. As far as orals go I really believe in being as minimalistic as absolutely possible.
Honestly I have never taking anavar before and the source I got it from only offers 50mg, I was going to start of on 25 for the first week with my pre workout meal to see how it goes then up it to 25 with breakfast and 25 with pre workout meal
