Testosterone for the first time

ad

Hey guys.

I am hoping someone can give me some advice.

I am 35 and I started training 6 x week about a year ago to the point where my fat % was very low and built a good amount of lean muscle. I have now been trying to bulk for the past 4-5 months (obviously eating in a surplus and appropriate training) but muscle gain has been very minimal close to non existant, and I started to get a bit frustrated. Mood has also been shit and my libido said goodbye to me a while ago, which is very rare for me!

Although my main goal is to gain muscle, I am slightly scared of potential risks other steroids have, and I would like to start by getting a cycle of just testosterone, which I hope it will boost my libido back up and help me gain more muscle faster?

There is so much content on this site that I am a bit lost with which product I should go for. Would anyone be able to advise on which product is probably the best for what I want to achieve and which supplier to get it from? (I am in the UK)

Thanks

Still plenty of potential. Focus on Diet. Heavy lifting. And then just start off on a trt dose and slowly add more if needed. More isn't always better imo.

I'm roughly at the same place as you but I've done 3 years natty training. I'm yet to do my first Test only cycle and I'm interested to know if you did your first cycle and how it went. If you took the advice of some veterans here and cut your training days down, how did that go? Here to learn anything and everything from vets and noobs alike.

Wish I had the motivation to hit the gym 6 days a week!

I know this post is a lil old and stale but wanted to add my .02 as I love the sound of my own voice. It has been said by others on this thread that you are overtraining. A lot of the content I see on the interwebs about training in this manner is geared towards those on gear. So to beat a dead ass horse, lower your training days down to 4 maybe 5 days a week.
Side note: Have you seen a doc yet?

Considering you’re only 35, mood issues and low libido suggests you should definitely get some blood work done. You may well have low testosterone levels.

Also not sure if you’re still training 6x per week whimsy you’re trying to bulk. If so, you may be overdoing it. At your stage, I’d be doing less days in the gym, need time to grow in between. 3 or 4 days a week.

So I’d say blood tests first, then revisit and the guys here will point you down the right path. Tgat path is very dependent on where you’re at currently, hence the testing.

To be honest 1 year is nothing, you are thinking about steroids too early and i think you can still get gains naturally.

I see here something often overlooked and that could be overtraining. You are training 6 days a week, for a year, being natty and 35yo. More isnt better (usually a rookie mistake). You dont need 6 days or super long workouts. Are you taking rest periods? Every couple of months its nice to have a week or two of no training at all.

Arent really other factors that may cause your lack of mood and therefore your libido?

It is good that you are scared about testosterone use, that means you respect it and will be well informed when (and if) the time comes, but again, i think its still early for you.

Maybe check with doctors first if your levels are fine? If they are, your problem might be another.

Not meaning to be a prick, just friendly advice.

These comments may sound to you like steroid forums arent welcoming, but its really what a newbie needs to hear so they can make a smart use of gear.

Best of luck.

Test E 250...Run 2mls a week for 8 weeks then go on Deca 300 1ml along with your test run for ten weeks then go on pct for four weeks...

Noooooo, don’t run Deca your first time out. Too much to juggle for a 1st run.

Hey man I’m new here too and I just said fuck it and pulled the trigger on some test myself from CENSORED
I’ll let yk how it goes but from what I can tell they’re domestic and in the US so maybe not an option for you.
I just went with the highest rated guy with the best payment option for me. Only way to find out for myself is to try so here I am. I ordered yesterday and received shipping info today so hopefully my shit isn’t bunk when it arrives

If your stats are correct you have alot of natty potential left which leads me to believe diet and training are off and not conducive to hypertrophy. A newbie in the gym can just look at the weights and grow. Doesn't take much. With a year under your belt now you have to get more serious about training style to continue growth, steroids or not.

Bloodwork will tell you the most important stuff. I would suggest get that done and go from there before hopping on gear.

What exactly are you eating? Bulking is not eating whatever just to gain weight. Eating like shit is not bulking, that's just getting fat. Muscle bulk is eating the right amount of protein, fats and carbs relative to how you train. At least 2 gram of protein per kilo of bodyweight. Are you getting enough sleep? There's a lot of factors that come into play.

Hey !
First of all you need to get baseline blood work to see what’s going on especially when you experience some low testosterone symptoms like libido.
I had low T (below 300) for my whole early twenties and I still looked great and built decent muscle so you can still do that with low T, is it optimal ? Obviously not because well being etc was low too.

So get baseline lab work and it it indeed shows Low T then most likely it won’t get better on its own because after 30 testosterone starts to decline anyway. But make sure diet, recovery and sleep is on point as well as adequate fat intake and measure again after a while. If it’s still low I would start with TRT. Getting your test levels from low to high physiological levels will itself give you a great jump and increase in muscle building potential so no need to jump on a cycle right away.
If you got decent results on TRT after 6-12 months and still want more just increase test slightly which will give you another jump again.
