Labwork results 1 month on cycle. Worried about the high hemocrit

ad

Labs were done 1 month into cycle at 600mg test c. Since then the last 3 weeks ive added 10mg anavar and 10mg primo daily. Feel lazy and seem to have anxiety last few days. BP currently running around 145/76 at night before bed. Im concerned the hemocrit may be up higher to since adding primo and anavar. What are options or thoughts at this point?
49 years old and its my 3rd test cycle in 3 years. I seem to be extra sensitive to taking anything. Labs attached

Such doses of oral medications seem to be completely useless. With effort, probably you can disrupt your lipid profile. But you won't get any other effect.

Im dumping the orals, When I try and go to a real amount my bp and heart rate go through the roof. So not for me at all I guess

My hematocrit is 55.6 on 500mgs of test. But I also live at 6,000 ft. Off gear it's always 50. My BP is dialed in consistently around 117/76 so I'm not too concerned, yet. I've been taking 2,000mg of ip6 in the morning and night and upped water to 2 gallons a day. I'll run bloods here again in 3 more weeks to see what that does. If all else fails, I'll dump blood. My blood test was also at 7am and barely had any water. So I'm sure that sent it up a couple points.

5mg Cialis does wonders for my BP on blasts. I highly recommend it. Plus adds phenomenonal pumps in the gym and the old lady.

Donate double red if possible. Yours isn’t scary high but I’d def try to slightly lower it to be proactive

Do you have any pre cycle bloods to compare on the hematocrit? How was your hydration at the time of the test? Based on what you're taking I wouldn't expect it to skyrocket your hematocrit. Like Anvil said adding more cardio will help. What I have found to help my hematocrit personally is taking Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, Bromelain, and Amla on an empty stomach in the morning (in combination with 1-2 gallons of water a day and regular cardio). Just make sure you don't have any bleeding disorders if you decide to try that stack as it will thin your blood. Seconding the rec on citrus bergamot for your lipids, but be sure to check drug interactions of other meds you take. Citrus bergamot contains bergamottin and can have the same inhibition of the enzyme CYP3A4 that grapefruit does preventing the metabolism of certain drugs and thus drastically increasing blood serum concentrations.

Also, if your BP is staying out of range it may be worth adding in 40mg telmisartan while you're on cycle. It has also been shown to have a novel impact on hematocrit for some people so could be two birds stoned at once there.

45-1 hour 5 days a week cardio. I will drink a lot more water and take the citrus. My bp does that when on test it will run in the 135/75 range and then goes back down after cycle. My bp and labs are seem extra sensitive to everything i take thats why im doing such low doses. At 20 var my bp goes up to 150's. It sucks

I have leaned down a little bit easier last time I thought related to the var but who knows. This is my second attempt at it and i feel off again so im going to drop it. Most people swear by it and its supposed to be one of the safest ones so I figure why not add some in but I guess not for me
