When to test for IGF 1 on exogenous GH ?

I'm On GH for 1 weeks (3iu everyday). When to test for IGF 1 to see if this s__ is legit? I mean after how long...

Before you Start. Then Wait 3/4 weeks then test again
With GH you should see an increase in IGF1 way above normal range, if this is legit. Do anabolic steroids increase IGF1 also? Ι mean if i use deca for example with GH, can this directly interfere with IGF1 production?
I'm sure tren increases IGF-1
have no idea about the others.
