There are so many fakes nowadays it's hard to tell. With so many sources, and some of them having all of these pharma brand HGH kits, pens etc., very tough.

How can all these very big Pharma companies somehow or someway lose track of all these kits and pens? I'm sure there are aids patients that do get rid of them, but nowadays with cameras in warehouses and extra security for companies losses how can SO many of these products make it out? They are no doubt accounted for.. correct?

So I guess we have to just find a reliable source and hope for the best. Because if you don't have a prescription and you're not getting it directly from the pharmacist it's always a guessing game.
