Reconning using Mannitol.

ad

So I have been wondering by I have been so flatulent the past few days. I opened up my recon pamphlet and they used mannitol as a recon agent. I can barely leave the house. The next vial can I use Bac Water? This only just started happening like I said 2 days and on the 8th of this month I start a new vial. Would bac water mess it up? TIA

FlemDaddyKush's picture

I don't understand what your even talking about, mannitol is what is inside the vial, hgh and peptides "pucks" or "disc" whatever you want to call the white chunk of frozen powder is mostly mannitol I side the vial. You only use bac water, sterile water, or the other bac water with vinegar in it(I forget the name) to reconstitute hgh/peptides

Yea, I jumped the gun and after speaking with the company she told me that and I stated it. Then you jump in to make yourself look smart and state: dude mannitol is in all GH. What are you a wanna be chemist"? I made a mistake so kindly exit if your unhappy.

whodaguy808's picture

I'm sorry guys......DUH. I am reconning HGH. For three days had bad gas man. One vial of this HGH has 5mg of somatropin and 30mg of mannitol. I for two- days I could barely leave the house. I spoke with the makers, and they confirmed it. Why in the hell would they us mannitol as a filler One

Makwa's picture

Just use BAC.

whodaguy808's picture

I called the company, and they said it has to be reconned with the solution it came with. New vial tomorrow and I am supposed to throw away what I have left in the vial and I have about 3-4 shots but it's only good for 14 days.

DeeMan's picture

So they're saying you have to use their solution..that's strange. And mannitol is used at times in hcg and GH. But yea BAC.

whodaguy808's picture

Yes sir. It is the GH that has 30mg of mannitol in it and 5 mg of HGH. Pharm grade, but on the cheaper end the Pharmacy Price of HGH.

DeeMan's picture

I see. Yea can't go wrong with good ole BAC.

whodaguy808's picture

I have a 3 month supply maybe next month I'll use BAC. Enjoy the holidays DeeMan.

Makwa's picture

Pretty much everybody on planet earth reconstitutes there HGH with BAC, you will be fine.

whodaguy808's picture

True.

DeeMan's picture

I understand mannitol is something used in HCG. Is that what you're reconstituting?

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Mannitol is in every vial of lyophilized powder. Any hgh, hcg or peptides has mannitol in it. The white puck is mostly mannitol, even pharma hgh has the mannitol in it. I think it's just like a filler or something like that or to keep the molecules safe or something like that. He's just confused on what he's talking about

whodaguy808's picture

Ya I was. I'm far from perfect. Apparently you don't make mistakes.

FlemDaddyKush's picture

I wasn't trying to mean or anything. We all make mistakes. It's.no.big deal. Trust me, this was not the stupidest post that's ever been on here, it's far from it. It was just a simple question because you were unsure. There's nothing wrong with asking questions when you are unsure.

whodaguy808's picture

Thanks Buddy I appreciate that.

DeeMan's picture

Well I knew the mannitol was part of the puck but figured being in solution was something new. Yea it's either a filler or a weird preservative

Real quick would it be beneficial for me to be running HCG with TRT? I have no kids and don't plan on any.

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Well you don't have to always run hcg constantly but it is good every once in a while to run some hcg just give your balls a jump start and to fluff them back up n size every once in awhile

Wambamthanks's picture

I am on TRT and done with kids and decided to skip the hcg and just take a low daily dose of 10mg of Pregnalone and 15mg of dhea. I didn’t think the bloating was worth it just to have bigger balls. I haven’t had any other sides or issues other than obviously being shut down.

DeeMan's picture

If you don't plan on having kids then not sure the purpose of running hcg on trt. Maybe cosmetic reasons? And you gotta be careful with hcg because it's said that you can desensitize yourself if it's ran too long

Makwa's picture

Alot more urologists are including HCG with TRT. If you still want to have a chance to have kids then it is pretty much mandatory. When things start to feel "off" with my TRT I run a course of HCG to get back on track. When my mind starts drifting out to left field a run of HCG helps bring it back. Just improves my overall cognition once again and does give a little boost in libido. Not to mention it is nice not to have raisins anymore.

HCG mainly mimics LH and there are a ton of LH receptors in the body, the brain being a big one, which is why it seems to improve cognition. Preserving the function of your nuts also results in the production of intra-testicular testosterone. Having this little bit of intra-testicular test to maintain your overall test levels is just better than relying solely on exogenous test. In a nutshell, it just helps to make TRT feel more natural so there is a little more to it than just cosmetics. TRT is great thing if you really need it but it compares nothing the sense of well-being with a perfectly function sets of nuts, which is why I cringe when I see people doing stupid things and ruining a good HPTA.

DeeMan's picture

@Makwa I just saw this somehow. Ok so what you said is interesting. So I knew that HCG is an LH mimic and how it's purpose is to stimulate intra- testicular testosterone, which plays a part in stimulating sperm but your point about well being with it is surprising to me as I've never heard that before or have gotten that feeling with hcg, hell if anything it gives me a strange headache and of course some sex drive obviously. That feeling of wellbeing I've never noticed but I can understand why it would give that feeling. The well being feeling I get is more from exogenous testosterone more than anything. We are all different though. Also I was of the understanding the desensitization of LH could occur if hcg is ran at high dose for too long that's why I'm hesitant about it. Lastly, yes, hcg kickstarts testicles on trt but I'm sure this should be a touch and go thing as you wouldn't want to stay on hcg lol. Cosmetics and a little preservation of testicle functions would be the point of running it for a short time on trt. I assumed this gentleman meant running hcg the whole time on trt.

Makwa's picture

If you ever have to go on TRT you will notice the sense of well-being that HCG brings back. That is why I always say nothing feels better than a functioning HPTA. I think only actual TRT patients would notice this. Just using it to bounce back from a cycle to get set up for a successful PCT I wouldn't expect any noticeable change in well-being or cognition. It is the subtle long-term effect of being on TRT where it comes into play.

DeeMan's picture

Ok I see. So I assumed hcg shouldn't be used long term but rather short term. I do know high dosages risks LH desensitization. And you are absolutely right though, I remember when younger feeling way better and having stronger sex drives without even using steroids. The body's natural testosterone brings good feelings for sure. Just need a healthy level of it.

Makwa's picture

For the most part, LH desensitization is a concern for someone who actually has a functioning HPTA. LH is nonexistent on TRT so there really is nothing to desensitize or worry about desensitizing anyway. It is already broken. Running higher doses through the course of an entire cycle for someone who will be doing a PCT would definitely be a concern for LH desensitization. People with a functioning HPTA do need to be careful with this stuff. TRT dosages could be as little as 250iu/wk long -term though, so not really too much there. it doesn't take much, but it does take a boat load to actually get the system to turn back on after a long layoff.

DeeMan's picture

I see. that makes sense.

whodaguy808's picture

ok....thanks.

What are you reconstituting?
