Reasonable GH Dose for Long Term Use
ad
Hey fellas, I'm pretty new to GH and have been trying to learn all I can about it. Looking through the posts on this site it seems like the consensus for dosage is 2-6 iu a day. I'm currently at 4 iu a day and feel that it's working great. What I want to know is what you guys consider a reasonable does for year-round use. Part two of question is what health markers to look for while on GH besides BP and blood glucose? I measure both of those daily but I'm not sure if there's anything else I should be looking for with blood tests, etc.

KonstantViktoryWith the amount of quality HGH on the market these days, it's hard to go wrong with 3ius.
6ius is fun, and then you have 10-15ius which is unreal mutation. Not necessarily safe, nor long term.
3-5ius for long term solutionabke strategy, 0.5-1iu for hair skin nails youth.
That's my take on it. I'd love to recommend a few brands, but evidently that is strictly forbidden...
Id spend the 70ish bucks at privatemd.com or quest etc for igf1 blood test. Its something like 275 is top range of normal and i run 2iu off cycle and am slightly over the top normal.
Id also check igf1 prior to even starting to see IF i need hgh. Or why waste money on hgh when you could get better foods.?
Im with you 1.5-2ius puts me a little over the top of the range. I swear any more than that I get sides like mike tyson hands.
I was the lower third of the range (per IGF-1 serum test) before starting GH and now am well above the upper bound. I do think that at some point I'll explore the dose with the highest price to effect ratio but I'm also interested in seeing what the most I can get out of GH safely will look like. The money is honestly not a huge factor for me right now, especially considering how cheap good quality UGL GH currently is so for now I'm going to try pushing a little higher dose but I think you've brought up a good point. More definitely isn't always better with most substances.
KonstantViktoryCareful brother. I have no idea what the rules are about recommending websites on the discussion board. I almost got terminated for something similar.
This might sound like a smartass answer but @anvil will definitely agree with me here…As much as you can before things like BP and blood glucose start elevating. If you have history of cancer in your family keep an eye on that as well. I get regular checkups on my moles, since some folks on my moms side either had melanoma removed or moles preemptively removed. But shit I’ve been on 6-8IU for damn near a year so far. And I have 3100 IUs of GH in my fridge right now. So that’s another year at 8IU/day.
The only time I drop GH dose is when I really wanna shed water for peak aesthetics.
anvil100% agree, as much as health markers permit, and your wallet allows. Which as SOS is stating goes a lot further than 2 years ago. If insecure now because I only have like 1800ius in my fridge lol. @SeeOhShow

anvilI try brother I try!
Thanks to both of you guys, this is exactly the info I was looking for. I'll probably work up to 6 iu for now and see how it goes. I only have about 1200 iu on hand and my wife is already pissed about the fridge situation but I guess I'll keep stocking up. There's been too many good sales on lately.
anvilGlad to have helped you. Yes stock up and get the mini fridge for Xmas!
I don’t have a dedicated peptide fridge, so I had to empty out the sliding drawer in my normal fridge (usually houses my various cheeses and bacon) and literally filled it edge to edge with boxes of GH…. My wife was not pleased lol
All I said was “Christmas is coming up and Santa could always bring me a mini fridge to put it all in instead”
She didn’t find that funny either.
anvilLol I have a dedicated one, basically once the bogo place started up.
People being able to afford year round hgh at a decent iu per day will really change the landscape of this place …. Can’t wait to start seeing all the progress pics that follow , going be some hench mofos around here.
anvilAgreed. And I love to see progress.
