+ 1 Is taking Ozempic and HGH together safe and effective?

ad

Hi, I am taking semaglutide/Ozempic and I have HGH that I want to also take. Is this combination ok to take? Will I get the benefits of both, does one interfere with the other? Is it better to do one and finish and then start the hgh or the combo works together? Appreciate any info advice or if anyone has done the glp 1 with hgh

Yes, you can combine them.

I have been using both daily for the last 18 months without issue. The Semaglutide dosage varies from.5 mg/wk to 2mg/wk depending on if I’m cutting, bulking or recomping, but the HGH is 5 iu daily ED. Some will say it’s counter productive to run Semaglutide during a bulk, but for me .5 mg/wk doesn’t interfere with my achieving a 500 - 750 cal surplus, but also makes it easier to not go overboard.

As was said below, just keep an eye on your blood sugar. I actually bought a BGM and test my fasting sugar levels and post meal sugar levels to make sure that my fasting/baseline levels don’t get too low and to better understand the impact of certain meals on my blood sugar at various doses of Semaglutide.

I have to be by careful when tren is in the mix also as I have felt myself going hypo before.

In short, you can use them together safely and best practice is to have a blood glucose monitor, test strips and very high GI carbs all on hand in case you feel yourself crashing.

Good luck bro! Be smart, listen to your body, put the work in and this will be a very effective combo.

I see, the lower on blood sugar and raise in blood sugar would sound like something to look at. I will see if I can find any other info of concern or not regarding the contrast. Appreciate you all

Yes they are safe. And both should lean you out man. Just keep an eye on blood sugars. Maybe get an A1c done after a few months being on both.

Im no expert but I believe they are synergistic. Hgh can raise blood sugar and glp1 can lower blood sugar so it's important to monitor blood sugar levels.
