+ 2 Igf1 levels while using AAS

ad

Hey guys, was wondering if you shine some light on a couple questions:
Can trenbolone lower igf-1levels while taking hgh?
Can Boldenone lower igf-1 levels while taking hgh?
I read and i read and all i could find is that DHT will lower negatively igf levels.
I believe Deca, test are safe options while taking hgh
Orals of course a big nono-need healthy liver to convert the hgh.
Anyway looking for some exp users to chime in:)thank you fam!

interesting
and how about Primabolan? does it can lower IGF1?

The "Urban bodybuilding" legend says it is, and I've some some sporadic individual confirmations to this. There is no scientific background for it (like with other dehydrotestosterone derivates),

But like mentioned below (concerning trenbolone) the IGF1 serum evels reflects the bounded IGF1 which present in the serum, and doesn't really show the autocrine local secretion of IGF1 in muscle tissue and its autocrine effect, and real time observation really shows that any AAS actually potentiate this effect

Can trenbolone lower igf-1levels while taking hgh?

Not really, normally Tren increases your IGF and FGF levels independently of which other steroids u take too and I see also no reason why HGH should lower your IGF. I know thats not your quest but Tren increases your progesterone and can also lower your E2, but I think u know that.

Can Boldenone lower igf-1 levels while taking hgh?

No, Bolde doesn't lowers or increase IGF levels as far as I know, I found also no helpful studies.

If I'm wrong please correct me guys!

I’ve never heard about AAS negatively effecting igf. Only that some can raise it. Test included. I could totally be wrong. I haven’t done any research, just going off of memory on shit I stumbled on while reading about other shit over the years.

To be honest I don’t think it’ll have that big an impact tho either way. Would love to see bloods if you end up experimenting.

only way to find out how it all effects you is to be running gh without compounds, test igf, add in compound, retest igf.

thats how i figure things out.

Like you said Trenbolone in most cases lowers IGF1 serum levels, it has mainly to do with its progesteronic nature. Trenbolone has also a negative impact on the liver, as well as on thyroid hormones, which may sabotage IGF1 serum levels.
How ever I actually speculate based on vast clinical trials on stock animals, as well as on empirical observation on athletes who uses trenbolone, that its high androgenic component induces on the autocrine level (locally secreted by muscle cells) greater secretion and sensitivity growth factors, and also posses direct effect on satellite cell proliferation which leads to skeletal muscle hypertrophy, especially for the long run.

all sex steroids actually increase protein synthesis in hepatocytes and igf-1 is a protein produced in the liver. the most potent one is estradiol (which strongly increases igf-1 synthesis in the liver and gh transcription at the level of the hypothalamus). androgens all act on the same receptor but depending on the amount of aromatization for the different steroids they should either be neutral or increase igf1

I don´t think igf1 is lowered PER SE. however, steroids might influence the synthesis of its (multiple) binding proteins which might result in an altered half-life and thus on a blood test it might seem to have been lowered (although "artificially" as total quantity of igf1 is not affected)

I do a lot of reading and everyone has something different to say so I make sure two get tested to see where I’m at.
