How long is Kig Good for in 75 F

I have not been able to refrigerate the larger quantity - okay for 3 weeks in my closet at 75 F?

tread-mThe important thing is to refrigerate the mixed product. The unmixed product is fine. It is like mustard etc to the degree that once you open it, it should be refrigerated. On the other hand, if you refrigerate mustard even before you open it then its shelf life will be longer than if it was not refrigerated. A little cooler would be nice as well, 75 is pretty warm , especially for a gear user who is hot anyway, do like I do and set your AC at 68 and install a lock box over it so your wife cant change it...lol. i would recommend refrigeration though on the unmixed product......
cool - thanks tread' I would like to have a/c lower my better half and I should live in separate houses.. I hit a hotel and 60F !! I like it chilly' May get a little fridge for my office.
tread-mYup...used to have one and my daughter stole it as she went off to college a few years ago! Well, she tapped me out and I didn't want to buy another one and agreed, same thing! Lol
