HGH and Test optimal dosing question
(37m) I started trt about 8 months ago and have made great progress in My overall physical fitness, fat loss, and muscle gain. I was on 100 mg a week to start, went up to 150 after about 4 months and then about 2 months ago I went to 250 a week and started using two I use of HGH split between two doses. The jump up in both definitely caused some water retention is one can imagine. I went up about three to four pounds and hovered there for about 3 to 4 weeks before it started to slowly come back down again. I'm sure some of this is muscle gain as I'm in the gym 4 days a week and train to progressively overload. I know that the 250 of test is relatively small but I feel like I'm at the Plateau now between test and HGH where the benefits are worth the minimal risks but wonder if I'm going up on one or the other or both would really boost my progress?

Tridentkev223Hgh is great especially for your age, 1-3 iu’s I wouldn’t say is going to be to effective for collagen synthesis + joint benefits , recovery etc… if it is grey market sourced, if not then it could differ. I’d recommend 4-6-8iu increase your dosage slowly and if you notice you get numbness or tingling in your hands or feet you can decrease the amount. The water retention should subside on its own try to maybe hit a sauna or even watch your electrolyte intake as that can cause excessive bloating while using hgh.
Are you on a AI? At 250, you more than likely need one, hence the water retention.
Get blood work, track your numbers. Decide if you are gonna do TRT or cycle, then modify Test dosage, 150mg is a good TRT dosage (for most males). Run it for 4 weeks and get blood work again, modifying AI and test dosage. Continue doing this process until you are at optimal levels.
I get blood work done every 4-8 weeks and use ai as needed.
250 is sure as hell not TRT. that's high enough to be considered a small cycle.
You should get bloodwork so you know where not only your hormones stand, but also the rest of your health markers.
To answer your question, yes going up on one or the other (or both) will yield a result commensurate with what you would expect from a higher testosterone level, but testosterone doses vs. the results realized aren't always linear. There becomes a point of diminished returns. considering that your food/nutritional intake and training are adequate, you will notice a boost however. So will the side effects of each compound. You're running a pretty low dose of GH as it is and a higher than TRT dose of test.
I would suggest raising the GH, and adjusting your diet until you have absolutely stalled before raising the test. Much can be gained from eating more.
And don't forget the blood work.
Yeah I was just giving some background saying that I started on trt and then raise the dose afterwards, not that 250 is considered TRT, plus I already get labs done every 2 months and stay on top of everything. I'm an RN so I'm pretty health literate. I'll probably try to raise my gh to 4iu
Good advice buddy
I wonder how many listen to us and take our advice
