+ 2 First hgh cycle advice looking for advice

ad

I'm looking for some advice on dosage wth the main goal of cutting/losing fat. Also is IGF supplementaton necessary for cutting? How long should I run? I was going to work up 3iu/day for 6 months. Didn't plan on IGF as this is for cutting. Thanks.

jason201213's picture

for cutting, 3iu per day is good to start.

Hey Bro.

IMO, IGF is not needed if your goal is fat loss. I wouldn't say it can't come handy, but with regards of fat loss it has no real added value. Moreover it tends to cause water retention to some degree even greater than GH itself as per my experiences.

If you have pharma grade GH 3iu/ED should have visible effects on you within a mid-and long run for sure, with a good generic lige Hyges or GodT you can double or even triple up the dose.

I think the key being GH without slin or IGF is the timing and dosing of your carbs. I don't necessary say you need to go keto, but keep your carb intake in check and avoid eating carbs (or possibly anything) after GH administration within a couple of hours. (If you wake at night to pee, that's a great time for a quick pin, your stomach is empty and you will not eat in the next couple of hours for sure ;) )
This way you do not need to worry about the inlsulin resistancy.

I've just run through this tread and had something in mind. Have you ever thought of chechking your thyroid function? If you have difficulties with fat loss despite prolonged workouts and solid diet, that could be something...

I wish you the best, I hope I could help.

If you want pronounced dramatic fast fat loss then minimum 10iu daily. 12-15 iu daily will bring you into singles within 45 days

I'm not sure if anyone has suggested getting some bloods to check if your current hormonal state is within normal rage, because 10-12lbs is a fair amount to lose if you've already been dieting and doing HITT and cycling over a 100 miles a week.

I would check what's happening internally before starting the GH or AAS.

Like Makwa has stated GH is a bloody expensive way to lose fat and it takes a long, long, long time before you see fat loss whether you're on generics or pharma branded.

Joker757's picture

Have had bloods done many times before, during and after each cycle. My T is on the lower end of the normal range. Didn't start AAS until bf was below 15%

Cool cool, just wanted to make sure - looking out for your safety ;)

P.S - it may have sounded like a stupid question because there are bloods up on your profile but I swear when I checked the other day there were no pics up... weird.

Makwa's picture

I wouldn't bother with HGH for fat loss purposes. Frankly, it way to damn expensive to be used as a fat loss agent. You could run albuterol or ECA cycles for the rest of you life for the price it would cost for a couple kits of GH and you would have quicker results from running an ECA stack also. Given our age though, running some GH will have positive benefits regarding anti-aging, but for fat loss, much quicker and way cheaper methods out there. Hell, an extra cardio session a week is free and will probably give you the same results.

Mak. I've seem to hit a brick wall where I'm at now. Even with riding over 100 mile a week and HIIT I just can't get rid of the last 10 to 12 pounds in my midsection. Also with caloric deficit. Can you pm me with an example cycle?

DragonDog's picture

It is HIIT that truly makes the fat peel off. I don't know why but medium paced running, biking, etc. doesn't have the same effect as HIIT. I lost 5lbs over the last two weeks by adding 30 minutes of jumping rope before lifting.

Joker757's picture

Hey DD.my HIIT training is usually twice a week and based on my HR zone and sometimes my power zones. I have a bike computer and wear a HR monitor and a power meter, cadence sensor and speed sensor. I'm a competitive mountain biker but most training is on the road with a road bike. I have a professional coach as well. He seems to think my T is low for my age as do I. But would freak if he found out what I've been doing. I've made good progress over the last 4 years. Started at 267lbs and 25% bf. Now at 233 (bulking) and 13.7% bf. My typical racing weight during the season is 223 and 12.8% bf. I've just seem to have hit a plateau. Mostly localized fat on my abs and chest. I track my macros and cals and keep my sugar to the bare minimum.

DragonDog's picture

I hear you. It is possible that you are no longer getting pulsatiles of HGH from your HIIT. It happens to all of us. If you can afford it, go with the HGH. I really don't need it as my natural IGF-1 is above high normal at 300, but the sped up recovery and overall positive affect on wellbeing and thinking are well worth it. With time, I have seen the affects in my performance and physique.

DragonDog's picture

I have been running 10iu a day, split morning and afternoon for the last month or so. Before I was pinning 5iu in the a.m. for about 5 months. I am really start to see changes in vascularity and lean muscle mass. Recovery is almost instant when combined with AAS. I am following Makwa's advice and I will start cycling IGF LR3 to deal with insulin resistance.

I have really liked the Godtropin, best so far. The Novotrop is fairly good, too.

Definitely work your way up to your maintenance dose. And make sure to cut as much as you can of the added sugars from your diet. Good luck.

Joker757's picture

Thanks Dragon. So you've been on for 10 months now? You running AAS too? What was your BF before and presently? I keep my simple carbs to a minimum.

DragonDog's picture

Been on for about 6 or 7 months. I was 6% BF before I started. My test results are here: https://www.eroids.com/pics/dragondogs-summer-bf

I was on gear at the time, test, masteron, and nandrolone. I bulked up about 20lbs. I am on TRT due to pituitary adenoma however I am doing a fertility cycle of HMG and HCG both every other day, and Proviron. I added the extra 5iu to help get me through. When I was running it with gear I was amazed at how quickly I recovered. Even without I am able push through plateaus. I had to kill myself to make anything sore when I was on both. I am currently cutting, lots of high intensity cardio and high rep lower weight reps. Definitely seeing transformations. I will get a new BF test maybe next week.

Hey DD are you running hmg and hcg for trying to have a kid soon or just keepnfunctioning? How long are you going to run? Did you just start taking it already on cycle or did you start it before you ran?

DragonDog's picture

For a kid and to keep functioning, my natural test levels are zero. I will run it for about 3 - 4 months, if necessary. It will not work if you are still running gear. Well, it might if you are running a very low amount and it is gel so the levels are steady, no spikes. The spikes apparently mess with sperm production more than anything else.

cougars509's picture

So have you been cruising and blasting for years? And what makes you think your sperm count is low? Did you get tested and are you getting tested throughout, or you just self diagnosing and taking it until you get your girl pregnant?

DragonDog's picture

I had a pituitary tumor diagnosed about 8 years ago. My FSH, LH and Test were zero. For the last two years I have been seen by one of the top endocrinologist in my country. It was then that I began functioning correctly both physically and mentally after a decade of dying. I began my first blast at that time. I have bloodwork done every 3 to 6 months. I had my semen tested after a recent blast and I had no sperm. I am seeing a fertility doc in conjunction with my endocrinologist. Yeah, my girl and I really want kid.

The HGH twice daily has really made going on just the hCG and HMG tolerable, actually semi-enjoyable. I tried a fertility cycle last year, and I was miserable. I had to abort after three months because of heart palpitations. The doctor said it was withdrawal from the exogenous test. I went back on and I was good. This time I have increased the frequency of the hCG and HMG injections plus the amount and frequency of the HGH. I am actually making progress.

cougars509's picture

Damn brotha I'm sorry to hear about your struggles! So you had no hormones or spent from the tumor not from aas use? So without that tumor a cruise/blaster like myself should have sperm production still active or no?

DragonDog's picture

You are basically just like me hormonally when you are cruising and blasting. It just that I can never have a successful PCT.

DragonDog's picture

Yeah, lost it all from a tiny pituitary tumor called an adenoma. I had no Testosterone production and my adrenal glands got fucked, also. It is all good, I am better off now then I would have ever been. I just traded a decade of living to get here.

As for your sperm production, it is most likely non-existent if you are constantly cruising and blasting. Your LH And FSH is shutdown, and these you need for sperm production. You may have a chance if you are running hCG e3d, no guarantees, though.

Good news is that sperm production almost always comes back with hCG, HMG and if necessary additional FSH. It takes a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks, though it can take up to a year. HGH can help with the quality of the swimmers. If you are using other AAS, most are more powerful at shutting down the HTPA axis then Test.

For whatever reason, if you run HMG during a cycle, it will do nothing for fertility as the high test levels interfere with spermatogenesis.

Also anyone have any feedback on the generics? Considering the black caps.

Caeser's picture

I've used pharma & generics. I've had solid results from both... some will argue that pharma GH is far superior; and this may be true... but to reiterate, I've had some solid results from generics.
I'm waiting on some Meditrope (black tops), which I'm excited to try... I've read some solid things about it

After you start your hgh run I would wait two or three weeks and then have blood work done to see where your IGF level is. 3iu per day of hgh has great benefits, much faster recovery time, improve sleep, will help with healing, it's a good anti-aging dosage. It may help with a small amount of fat loss but really not that much. I personally stay on 4iu per day 7 days a week year round and move it up to 6 when cutting.

I hate to break the bad news to you. But I don't believe 3iu per day is going to give you the results you're expecting it to. You will absolutely notice some great benefits from it.... but rapid fat loss will not be one of them.

333's picture

I have no idea but will watch this post to learn from I want to some day try hgh I heard 4iu a day is good for 6 months like 5 days on 2 days off but DON'T LISTEN TO ME this is just what I read and I haven't read very much on hgh

trenning's picture

People use 5 days on 2 off to save money. What's worked best for me is starting at 4iu and working my way up. You'll notice sides pretty quick if it's too much. Sore wrist is usually my first sign. If this happens taper down to 3iu's and then adjust accordingly. Hgh stimulates receptors causing your body to be more insulin resistant. I've never messed with igf or insulin so I have no recommendations for that, but I'm sure someone else can chime in here about it. That's if it's aloud.

333's picture

Ah ok so if I can afford it run it 7 days and also read up on igf1 lr3 I believe? Now with your swore wrist was It like dry popping I work a job that is extreme on the wrists should i avoid hgh

trenning's picture

Always research and educate yourself about everything in life you possibly can! If you can afford it run it 7 days per week. Honestly, start with 3iu's and taper up slowly. You'll see most of the effects in 4-6 months of use. If the main goal is to lean out, throw some clen and t4 in there man.

333's picture

Honestly the reason I'm considering it is I had my spleen removed and the first 2 years is like death from the smallest things if a cat scratches me it's strait to the emergency room and that not cheap like 30k
