40 years old using HGH and looking great.

Met yesterday a guy who is 40 years old, looking very good (arms were more than 50cm for sure if that is interesting for some of you).
As he says he keeps no diet and no strict regimen, regular 3-4 days working out in the gym and uses HGH. Did not ask dosages and length.
The idea was that you can see his abs. HGH does amazing things 
P.S. I am sure there is something more than HGH.
