1st HgH cycle iP-Nips
Ok guys this is my first hgh cycle and im kinda confused about sum things going on in my cycle. I'll list all my stats at bottom and current cycle, please help!!
My problem is this I've been on hgh now for 2 months @ 4iu per day split dose. I started Sus , dbol 3 weeks ago but cycle is going nothing like what I usually expect to see. I gained 6lbs in first week prob from dbol but I've not put on another pound since even after increasing dose from 50 to 100mg dbol. I drink a gallon exactly per day of water so is this keeping the weight off that I usually see? By week 3 I usually have added 12-15lbs of weight but this time it's just weird, only conclusion I can come up with is the HGH is keeping the weight off would I be correct? Like I said new to hgh and how my body will react.
34
211lbs ecto
12% bf using the electric hand held thing
5-6 years experience with many compounds
Goals: add alot of size but keep bodyfat low enough to see all my abs.
1-12 sustanon 750mg. (nova)
1-6. Dbol. BD pink 50's
Hgh. 2iu ip yellow top 2iu nips everyday
Hgh side note: I've not noticed much from the hgh strength has increased small amount abs have came in lil more but other than that no side effects like numb hands or hyperglycemia feelings so I'm hoping it's real cause if not Ive wasted alot of money on 7 kits lmao. Thanks guys any input would be welcomed!

WithdrawlI can eat way more on HGH and stay lean, but am still making muscular gains. You're eating a lot which is good. You could probably make changes to the way you lift. Never do the same lifting routine for more than four weeks. In fact, I'd recommend not having a "routine" at all. You can do more sets and exercises at each workout and still recover because of the HGH. Also, don't be afraid of high reps (12-20). Make sure your form is flawless. I thought I was lifting right for the past 17 years until a local pro corrected my form on almost every exercise. Wow what a difference that has made.
I appreciate the advice bro! And I actually 2 weeks ago went from doing "my routine" to tryn sum new things been pulln alot of jay cutlers pre contest workouts of his site and honestly my muscles feel it alot more and by the end of workouts the pumps almost keep me from finishing. So you've done hgh so what do u think about the no weight gain is it from the hgh? I have kept my macros the same on non hgh cycle and have put on 12-15lbs by this point so I honestly can't blame it on diet unless the hgh is making me need more food.
Is there a way to post pics from iPhone? I want to load sum images up and get sum feedback. I step on stage in late sept or even a sooner show if I look right for Men's physique" I did one amateur show last year took 3rd but was competing against 25 year olds so this time I'll be in the 35^ category.
WithdrawlI really don't think HGH ups your metabolism to the point where you need to eat more to gain muscle. I feel like it makes me more anabolic and makes gaining muscle easier. It does burn fat though which is great. I love being able to eat more without gaining fat. So basically, I doubt HGH is doing anything other than helping you with muscular gains. You just might be getting to a size where you need to eat considerably more to gain. That's awesome that you're trying new routines and techniques. That's really going to cause nice changes over time. It's too bad I spent so much time doing the same routines and lifts year after year. I realize now its so important to change things up and perfect your technique.
Ok thanks for the info bro and I hope the change in routine does the trick. And I'm gonna up the meals by 2 so I jus need to figure out where to
Squeeze them in since I fast 90 mins during the hgh injections I use to use those times for more food. Any suggestions on a meal structure that would compliment the hgh and cycle I'm on? Thanks again bro
Ye fully aware of diet making your cycle work one way or other. My diet for the most part is spot on 200+ grams protein 6-7 meals per day counting shakes
Meals:
1: Isolate whey shake 60grams
Protein
2: 6 eggs oats and sum times wheat toast
3 almonds or fruit
4: turkey sub on honey wheat or chicken rice
5 isolate whey shake pre workout
Post workout isolate rtd shake
6: chicken or steak rice, vegetable. Cauliflower/Carrats/broc steamed every night dinner
7 yogurt then Cassein shake/milk before bed
You aren't eating enough man. Plain and simple. If you are trying to put on size and stay lean I would shoot for at least 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight and 2 grams of carbs per lb. If you eat that much from clean wholesome foods you shouldn't gain much fat. If you start gaining too much fat, start loading your carbs at the beginning of the day.
Here's my intake macro for yest counting shakes:
Protein 290
Carbs. 625
Calories were 4200
You think these numbers need to be higher? I may drop one of the protein shakes and add another whole meal.
BigBmajIs it just me or does that not look like 4200 calories. You didn't include portion sizes so I can't be sure.
The reason I'm saying this is because I assumed I was eating 4000 calories a day and I was wrong. So I started weighing everything and putting everything into my iphone. I realized that 4000 calories a day is a real job.
My 4500 calorie a day diet takes some major work, and it looks like a lot more food than I see you eating.
6 eggs, 2 cups oatmeal. 2.5 lbs chicken, 5 cups of white rice. 1 gainer shake split pre and post workout. Vegetables and salad. Fruits. I just put it in the phone and if I'm not close then I'll eat a whole thing of cottage cheese before bed. I just make sure I hit my macros before bed, no matter what.
Try weighing and writing everything down.
I did notice that I don't gain weight like I'm used to while taking GH. I get bigger and I get leaner but I just don't seem to GAIN a huge amount of weight. I had to stop weighing myself as a sign of progress because it was fucking with my head. I try to only go by feel and look in the mirror. I could have 10 people tell me I'm looking great, but if I stand on the scale and I'm not heavier I'd flip.
Good luck bro.
Ye I actually do same thing on my phone daily by tracking macro counts. My numbers always falls close to 4000 or so. I have 2 shakes per day that I add peanut butter/2scoops gainer/granola and banana to they come close to a 1000 or more calories. So I'm thinkn I'm relying to much on my shakes to make up for the calorie numbers I need so i added 2 more meals as of yest but I felt sluggish a day and it seemed my cortisol was unreal high during training more so than usual. So I hope that goes away in time.
As for your hgh experience I'm glad to here u wasn't gaining alot of weight but looked bigger and leaner. I'm in exact position now everyone says I look awesome and show ready but whe. I step on scale I get disappointed. I'm gonna jus weigh in once per week. As for your typical diet while on hgh any way u could share a normal day with me on times and meals your taking in. Thanks in advance all you guys have been a great help and I honestly do appreciate u taking the time to reply I know everyone has there own problems and life in general so please know I'm very appreciative on any info you guys say so thanks again!!!
The quality of your gains will ALWAYS be the result of your diet. How you train determines the amount of repair that's needed. How you eat determines how you make gains during the repair process. The gear only speeds up the communication for these processes. Emphasis should be placed on the lifestyle, not the gear.
As for the hgh: when i ran it, I leaned out nicely when I wasn't on gear. When I jumped back to trt, I gained 10 lbs in two weeks. Gh makes me hold water. Maybe you're different. Idk... That's my experiences
