TB-500 and cortisone injections

Hi guys first time here and I could do with a little help. So I have a tear in my shoulder and my physio what's to use cortisone injections to help heal however I was planning on running tb500 so I was wondering if this would be a bad idea for any reazon ?

You can use both together with no problem. My gal has in the past many times. Some therapy along with those injection will really improve your shoulder.
