Bac water vs saline usp solution

I understand bac water is cheap but I can obtain saline IV flushes for free from friends that work in the medical field.
They're both sterile and for injection so what difference would it make to use the sterile saline solution?
Edit: this is in regards to reconstituting mt2 and hcg. I don't plan on researching any other peps.

If you get the saline for free, go with that but keep in mind bac is less likely to get bacteria growth, so if your making a giant bottle and constantly pinning it use bac. Otherwise saline is fine imo.
