-1 Well, my endo did it. Trt. What to expect..

Sup guys. After a year and a half of hell, which felt like 10 years. My doctor put me on 100mg a week of Test Cyp. First shot was yesterday. After blood tests every month for the past 6 where my bloods came back at 98. Yes on scale of 250-1100. 98 is where it’s been. Floating to 108 for one test. But needless to say. I can’t wait to start feeling better... my god has it been rough. I’ve just never taken this low of a dose of test before. Nothing every under 300mg a week lol. I’m just wondering you guys who are are trt what do you take every week. How many mgs and how many times a week total and what do your levels stay around? How do you feel over all from 100mg a week. Once you get comfortable on your dose (100mg) does anyone throw in some simple stuff like anavar or deca for a few weeks ever? My big thing is I wanna do this right for awhile. Take the 100mg steady and right so my blood work is good and looks good and I wanna see how my levels really respond. I’m just taking 100mg a week. One shot a week of .5cc on Thursday’s with no ai. He told me I won’t need arimidex right now while my levels are so low and I’m new to it. I go back to see him in 3 months.

Started around 100 down to approx 85mg a week. Started at a young age (see bio). This dose is physiological and doesn’t make you feel like a cycle at all but that’s the point. I found something that makes me feel normal and doesn’t require any estrogen management. Worked closely and spent a lot of money with a very well known specialist to help me understand my body and get my numbers dialed in. Do not fuck around and lose your docs trust. You’ll need him forever now. Your body will change and so will your doses but that won’t be drastic. This is natural as your body ages so never get complacent or think that you know it all. Enjoy the feeling of being normal and stop searching for the next high.

I’m on TRT and the doc placed me on the same dose 100mg a week of Test Cyp. I talked to my doc and had them split up my dose to 50mg twice a week as I was feeling the dip before my next shot. I agree with these guys don’t add anything not necessary. I feel great and my levels are always around 800-900.

Congratulations on gaming the system. You've been doing cycles, some with tren, and yet, you feel like you were in hell... why does this have a familiar ring to it?

I'm interested to know at which age you started TRT ? What were you're levels before and what changed positive and maybe negative ? Also, how does your protocol look like ?

TRT can be a game changer on many levels when done right. I definitely wouldnt start adding anything. At least not until your Dr has you dialed in. He's starting you on the low end but that's not a bad thing. This is a lifetime commitment, so slow and steady is the game.
As vhman mentioned below, take the opportunity to dial in the diet and training. As your test levels come back online you'll see decent results in the gym. I know i did.
Im personally REDACTED. Welcome to dinosaur lounge status.

Taking 100mg a week trt. What’s the best thing to help polish that up? Some anavar, deca? Trying to not change blood work at all. Wanna keep the doc thinking I’m only taking the 100mg of test a week. Completely new to trt. First shot was yesterday.

So you’re real goal is to fool your doc. Good luck with that.

Do not start adding things to your trt. You just started and it can easily take up to a year to stabilize on a dose. 100mg is a standard starting dose and people can be fine on that. You won’t know until you’ve done several bloods. Your Dr. will adjust your dose up or down depending on these blood tests, so if you play with them, then you’re screwed. TRT is no joke and it’s NOT a lifetime cycle. You need to get that out of your head.
Be patient and be a good patient. Instead of looking for more aas, put your efforts into your diet and gym. Nothing better than making slow and solid changes to your body. Best of luck.

Everything you said is very obvious to me. I’m asking what everyone else does after they have been on trt. I stated I want to stay where I’m at for myself simply to see how I respond. I was asking what everyone else does who is on a low dose of test and what it’s like.

I was asking what everyone else does

I do what the doctor tells me, sometimes I forget or skip a week or three, then I tend to bump up my dose to close to a .9 ml (200mg/ml) if I stay regular at once a week, I do about .65 ml, which is about half my prescribed dose of 1.25 ml/week (250mg).

I have so many extra vial of test Cyp they may be considered a major item in my will.

In reality, I try to maintain a test number around 700.

I saw you were asking in a SI on things to add to your trt, hence my comment. If all of this is obvious to you, then why are you obviously looking to add to your newly started trt?
I also answered your other question about being on 100mg. It’s a starting does and you need to see how your bloods are and how you feel. Get your diet and gym dialed in and go from there. What’s not clear about that? Seems like you’re looking for more drugs and you’re not liking that answer.
It’s you’re journey, so do as you like. But you’re the one who asked here and was asking what drugs to add in a SI. Expect to get contrary answers to what you want. You might be wise to follow... again, best of luck.
