-3 TRT: When did you start ? What changed ?

ad

Hello Eroids Family,
I'm interested to know at which age you started TRT ? What were you're levels before and what changed positive and maybe negative ? Also, how does your protocol look like ?

PS: I mean real TRT for health purposes not blasting and cruising.

Thanks

Hello
I started TRT around 32 ,I'm currently 35 so 3 years of running Sustanon @ 125 mg a week to 150 per week .
The reasons that i started TRT were depression,ED and no energy .
Prior to TRT my weight was 300 and i thought by loosing weight It would help cure all my issues.
Well after losing over 115 pounds in a year and half nothing really changed except i was smaller and with a little more energy.
So I went and got blood work seems i had very low T.
I started to take 200 mg test e every week for the first year but lowered dosage as my blood was getting to thick.
TRT has really cured my ed ,depression and low energy.
I think ill be here for life as i have found my sweet spot dosage wise in between 125-150 mg per week.
Also i stopped going through my Doctor to get trt as I use a source here as its cheaper.
I'm very open with my doctor about my use and seems to think its doing a major help as no more anxiety meds, depression or any other pills .
I get blood work every 2 months and i also donate whole blood 4 times a year .

Also, how does your protocol look like ?

NO, NO, NO, Fishing for a way to put yourself on TRT and have the backstory and protocol to make you sound believable when you say you're on scripted TRT.

See a doctor. You say your levels are low, "genetics", doubtful, more likely just coming off of a cycle or several cycles because you started too young.

Am I allowed to post a review after receiving my gear but if I will use it only in a couple months since I still have some gear left ?

What did you mean by, "since I still have some gear left?" if you've never done a cycle yet.

Hi mate.

I started self medicating when I was 28. My test levels was 156 ng/dl prior to starting. Waited for 2 years to be sent from left to right with no will to be prescribed.

I do not recommend this route to no one. Better to be under doctors supervision. I just had no choice.

I currently run 200 mg of test e or test c for my TRT injected once a week. On the injection day I take a quarter of a tablet of Letrozole which is 2.5 mg per tablet.

TRT has cured the following:

  • Erectyle Dysfunction
  • Obesity (of course also with a decent diet)
  • Depression

You had a choice, you just didnt follow it, you should also put up another post about other things you do but dont reccommend, like assisting people looking for cosigners and try to disguise it by saying dont recommend.

If you dont recommend something, dont fucking post it.

I think we are all adults and responsible for our own decissions. I do mean it that I do not recommend self medication. I did not just post to approve of him and encourage him.

I am trying to contribute to the eroids family as best as I can. If my post is in any way misleading or encouraging of harmful behaviour please remove it.

Kind Regards

I don't think you will get many replies on this out in the open. Not because guys don't want to help but because there are so many guys that will take everything said and jump straight on to self administered trt when it's 100% not needed without thinking of the consequences. Bro you are 27 are you really thinking about going down this route?
If you seriously want info you are best just to pm some of the vets and get the info you require in private. It's very risky people posting this type of stuff in the open because we are in the Times of YOLO without any thoughts for the future.

You can always experiment with diet. Some natty friends of mine switched to an "all plant based diet" a year ago. They eat like animals and train hard. Each of them has gained 15ish pounds of muscle from old fashioned lifting hard and eating loaded salads.

I'm not saying that THIS is the magic pill. It's just one avenue to explore. Try going vegan. Or Paleo. Or ketosis. Etc.

THIS IS SO FUCKING IMPORTANT IF YOU WANNA FEEL BETTER. If you haven't yet experimented with your diet as a lifestyle (for months and months on end, staying focused and committed to the very intelligent and ancient premise of "LET FOOD BE THY MEDICINE") then you are shooting yourself in the foot if you think you can pin testosterone and magically feel better.

Everything STARTS with diet. Then comes rest, training, mental/emotional stress management, and dead last, chemicals.

You say you don't drink or smoke, but do you do any other chemicals? Weed? Pharmaceuticals? What does your caffeine intake look like?

If you give up processed sugar & corn syrup, your life will be better within weeks. (I'm not saying cut out all carbs. On the contrary. Fruit & veggies are awesome. Some people have to cut out bread & pasta, others are fine with it. Carbs aren't all bad. I'm simply adding my very biased opinion that even though processed sugar is delicious, it's still poison, just like any other drug that can be easily abused.)

Obviously there are plenty of individual factors that can effect your test levels. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat. My own journey took years, and the vets here at eroids helped me tremendously to feel better before finally realizing that I simply have a medical need for TRT. It sucks. I'm just one of those people that has a medical condition of my god damned balls not being the testosterone factories they should be.

I can tell you, pinning yourself for the rest of your life just sucks. If you truly medically NEED to be on TRT, it'll of course change your life for the better. If a person starts pinning testosterone to cover up the symptoms of shitty diet, stress, etc, then you'll just be a person with a fucked up endocrine system who still feels like shit.

If you can avoid TRT, I envy you. Nothing replaces that awesome natural feeling of your own natty test. Don't give up. Keep training, keep gratitude at the forefront of your brain, and listen to the vets when they give you advice. We really are rooting for all of our brothers here.
