+ 1 Testosterone, HCG, DHEA
Hey guys, looking for some input on this. I am 36 years old and been on trt for almost a year. New doc has me on 160mg test, 500iu HCG, 50mg dhea and .75mg arimidex. I have noticed when I take my dhea pill about an hour later I start to get cold sweats and it has lasted for up to 6-8 hours. Very uncomfortable. When I don't take the dhea I don't sweat. Any idea why this happens? I have also noticed high estrogen sides and I upped my dose of arimidex to 1mg per week and still seems like it's not enough. No morning wood, hardly any libido. Still have lots of energy and good workouts. I have a blood test coming up in a couple weeks. Anyone have any experience with this?
FYI I am also on HGH 3iu every morning which I started 3 weeks ago.

I would gets bloods done again with your doctor asap,the lack of labido could be a estrogen related if the adex has crushed your estrogen levels
You have got a Doc working with you so go see your doc right away and tell him of the side effects you are having and get your blood test done right away. Something is not right so you need to discuss with doc and not wait. Don't play around with stuff on your own, you are just throwing shit on the wall and hoping it sticks doing it that way.

Cold sweats and night sweats are a common thing with dhea.
Re: estrogen... you are now taking 3 compounds that create estrogens by different channels. Adex the ai only goes after 1 channel, aromatase, so thats why estrogen will still rise. You could consider a serm too but this is making things ridiculously complicated.
Regarding libido... everything you are taking is messing with it somewhat, raise test, lower estradiol, but raise other estros, then with raised estros comes a raised level of prolactin and on and on...
I think you need a completely new plan to be honest but the bloods will guide you on what to tweak. You will need to know the state of play with all of your sex hormones and more, cortisol etc. There are 10 or 12 things that can influence ED. you need to research them all so you can inspect them all.
With out blood work your shooting in the dark. Are you taking the arimidex all at once most take it every other day. But again with out bloods for sure it's a guessing game as to what your symptoms are actually caused from. High bp can cause that , high and low estro can cause that. There's just no knowing
I am taking .5mg arimidex twice a week on the day of my injections Monday and Thursday. I may move the arimidex to the day after my test and HCG injections as I heard that's better timed for both peaks in blood levels. Once I have bloods done I will post them.
