test for granpa?

waz up guys, my granpa is 63 or so, and nothing but bones, he's been losing mass and strength too fast in the past few years, and complains a lot on how everything is so hard(he's a fucking good worker), so, I told him about getting his doc to do HRT, but insurance did'nt cover.
What will be the best way to go at his age to help him out a bit?How do you control estrogen and what symptoms will he see? What are the risk of prostate enlargement at this age?
the dose i'm thinking is 200 test e a week.
please advice.

How do you when to add AI?will he bloat?aching nipples? is it the same estrigenic sides as whe you're young? or do you get affected difently at this age?
Na, old guys don't get gyno from Test, give him an AI when the Test doesn't seem to be working as well. Tread will be along to explain the proper tests and such.
But if he is on good Test and wants to sit in the corner and sew or get tearie eyed over some show on TV,..................he needs an AI.
If he is too busy chasing your grandma or her sister or her sisters friends,...................you have his dose in just the right spot.

1) It may be a bit of a roller coaster ride for him at the start and may need an injection every 5 days till the long esters start to build in. (approx 5-6 weeks)
2) Expect him to feel better the day after the first shot, quite often TRT guys will feel addition test in their system quicker than BB types.
56tooHey bro, I"m almost 57 and I'm on a 500 cc/wk test cycle right now with no estro problems.The first couple of weeks I did but once my body got used to it I've been fine. If he starts at, say 100-150 cc/wk he should be fine and then he can dial it in from there based on blood work and how he feels. He may want to have some AIs just in case but at those levels I doubt he'll have any problem.
Most importantly,he should get a complete physical, of course including complete blood work to make sure that low test is the problem b4 he starts anything

well i am on hrt and i dose 150mg a week and i just had my blood work done and my levals were in high range of normal so maybe 200 is bit high
we can start at 150 like 56 says and go from there
your 40 and your grampa is 63 how old is your dad lol

Well, he's my granpa's brother, but my real granpa died when I was very young, so, he took the roll of fraternal lider,so we call him "granpa"
