package siezed by mail office

ad

hey guys, my cousing send me 20 amps of test from California,but they never arrived, the tracking number on their site says "we cannot provide info on this TN, please go to the local office for more info" or something like that,so, most likely it's been siezed, so my question is, Is my adress flagged?what's next?will I receive a letter like the one customs send?

update i just find out my idiot cousin sent my test from mexico, not the US, or so he tells me...

if it was seized, you'd get a seizure letter. But 20 amps poorly packaged . . . that sounds risky. I would write it up as a loss after another week.
Others will tell you to just go to the post office. No one is wrong here. You have to figure out your risk tolerance.
If you sign for it . . . we'll . . . let's just say do NOT sign for it!
Sorry bro, I don't know your cousin, but he sucks.

it is a loss, that i know for sure, now I'm worried about my adress been flagged, so, I'm not geeting anything international anymore, I thougth that i could save some money with him, big mistake...

might be a blessing in disguise . . . I would go with reputation of the supplier and the rep of his products over cost every time.
Still I'm sure 20 amps worth stings. Sucks.

if he sent it from Mexico hes not someone you want to do business with in the future unless you want to end up in jail.

This definitely sounds like an error with the USPS they do not seize packages. Unless a amp broke and leaked threw and they called law enforcement to test it (which is highly unlikely) you should be ok. Go get your goodies.

If it was shipped witbin the us highly doubt it was seized theres no customs or anything unless he just packed it like a slob and it got destroyed or hate to say it if your tracking aint working their is a possibility he didnt send anything

With USPS you never ever ever know, the tracking sucks

Are you sure they didn't attempt to deliver to you and you weren't home?
I've had this happen with legit items like a book from amazon.
I just had to go there and deal with the assholes at the post office for a half hour while they "looked in the back" for my item.

I'm sure man, the shipping address is where I am all day long mon-sat, besides, if that was the case it would show in their site would'nt it?
