New to TRT
Last year I was diagnosed by my consultant with having low testosterone (7.10nmol/L) and was started on a treatment of TRT. I suffered the typical symptoms of low testosterone such as Poor sleep, poor recovery after exercise, poor memory, brain fog etc. I was put on a treatment plan of Testosterone Ethanate 250mg/ML at a dose of 0.2ml twice a week. after three months I had a blood test that gave me the following results
Total Testosterone 33.1nmol/L
Free Testosterone 1.053nmol/L
Oestradiol 158 pmol/L
SHBG 13.2nmol/L
Cholesterol 5.2mmol/L
HDL Cholesterol 1.28mmol/L
Triglycerides 1.4mmol/L
Cholesterol/HDL ratio 4.1
LDL Cholesterol 3.3mmol/L
Se non HDL Cholesterol 3.9mmol/L
After my consultant reviewed my results he reduced my testosterone to 0.18ml twice a week, I am due to have another test in a couple of weeks to see how my results change. However after 10mths on being on TRT my recovery after exercise has improved, my body weight has remained the same at around 86kg/87kg but by body fat has reduced and muscle mass has increase slightly which is positive. But my sleep has not improved unfortunately i am always tired and wake up 6-7 times in the night has any one else experienced this? I was told that my sleep should improve under treatment.
Has anyone got any ideas how I can improve? I'm willing to try anything. Currently I am at around 20-22% body fat this could of course improve, I don't eat junk food, everything is freshly cooked home food. Currently I do not count my calories but am willing to follow a specific diet if people think that will help reducing by body fat etc. I would appreciate peoples experience with this and thoughts so I can feel better in myself

There are a couple peptides that can help. NSIP if you have trouble falling asleep once you go to bed, and Epithalon if you have trouble getting deep and rem. The proper dose for Epi is anywhere from 100-500 mcg per day.
Not fooling with your phone or computer for an hour before bedtime, not eating after 6:00-7:00, going to bed at same time every night all will help. Sleep apnea as others have already mentioned could be a big problem. Do you use a tracker if any kind to see what your sleep actually looks like? That could be a big help in diagnosing possible problems.
I had this problem. Turned out I had obstructive sleep apnea. I got a mouth guard that pushed my lower jaw a little forward and keeps my tongue/throat from collapsing when the muscles relax. Completely fixed my snoring. Throw in some GH and now I’ll sleep 6 hours and it’s like I slept 12 before I got the mouth guard.
As far as sleep goes, I’ve always had trouble with it. I use 5mg melatonin and a couple Unisom every night. That combo has helped tremendously.
For fat/weight loss, the only way to lose weight is a caloric deficit. Google bodybuilding macro calculator and it should be the first link. Input your information, choose weight loss for goal, and it’ll tell you your macros. Stay within those numbers daily and you will lose weight. To track your macros, download FoodPrint on your phone. It’s free and works well. Most foods you can just scan the barcode and it’ll populate for you. There are 100s of other apps you can use though.
You will need to count calories and imo add in cardio. Lack of sleep can be many things like apnea, stress, poor diet, etc etc.
