I cant pull the full lab. I will have to go back and give another blood test. I am not looking to be a body builder but I would like to be below 12% body fat Currently around 16-18%. I am 6'3 245 currently and I would like to get my hormones in check and slim down. please help. Free test was not available but should be this week. thanks.

How old are you? You can try enclomiphene if you don’t want to go to the TRT route. Slimming down will mostly be due to your diet and exercise, what approach do you have in mind?
What kind of fucked up lab is that? Test reference range is 175-781?
That’s next level gaslighting. Anything below 300ng/dl feels like absolute garbage to me.
I hoped on trt at 250 and it was a great decision for me. I felt so much better and way less anxiety and brain fog. Plus it was night and day different in the gym.
