Getting back into the swing of things

ad

I guess I am truly old when I have to post in over 40 lol. So I have an issue and don't want to waste time or money. When I was in my late 20's I used mostly Sust. and D-bol. I had great gains and life was good. I did it again around 5 years ago and had moderate success. Now I am 42 and starting back up. Being married with kids I have packed on the pounds and was up to over 200 lbs. Now with cutting the sugar out and some carbs I am down to 185. Being 5'7" I would like to be 185 but be mostly muscle.
So my question is this: I have Sust., Tren, Mast., and 50mg d-bol to take. I am back in the gym, of course, but not sure what dosage to take just starting back after about 5 years. Any advice?

I have Sust., Tren, Mast., and 50mg d-bol to take.

You are not going to want to use any of that.

Here is the plan I would follow If I were you.

1 Drop your bodyfat down. Many reasons for this. Here is a plan to do that.

and one of the reasons why you should

2 Next you need to pack on some quality weight to your frame before you run a cycle. Pick one of these 2 methods:

3 Once you have brought your weight back up to 185-190 and your bodfat at 12% or lower, then consider a cycle if you are so inclined to do so. Regardless, you need to pack on some additional lean mass before cycling. You can either do it by bulking up starting with your current BF% or dropping it and then bulking up like I recommended. And like I mentioned above, none of those compounds you listed are suitable for running a cycle after a long layoff.

Thanks for the info! Once I get to the point for a cycle what do you suggest?

What's your diet and training regimen look like??

Now it is tons of meat (chicken, hamburger, steak, etc.), a few veggies but honestly I hate them, nuts, cheese. Basically it was what they called the Sugarbusters plan.
Very little sugar or simple carbs.

Try and get the BF down first IMO, but I dont want to be a hipocrit as I have cycled at similar BF. After 5 years, and being over 40 I would recommend sticking with Test only. I am 38 and have found side effects hit me harder than my younger years. Think about your health priorities. The more compounds you shoot the more negatively it will affect your long term health. Stay simple, test will get you results. Focus on strict diet as at 40+ what you eat is even more important than 20's.

Thanks! I started with Sust. and D-bol. Would you remove the d-bol or keep it in?

So youve already started? Before getting advice you start the cycle? Wouldnt expect that from a 40+ fellow. I would drop the Dbol and the Sustanon. Unless youre pinning sustanon 3x a week you are wasting half of it, and theres no reason for you to be pinning 750mg sustanon a week so a single ester would be more appropriate....but....youve already started, so this advice may be futile.

I assumed that Sust. was cool to start but I won't continue and will follow the advice here.

What is your current BF% at?

The digital scales say 20.7%
