Hello bros before i go and think about seeing a HRT therapist to see if experts on here may have another option for me. Just first stating all my issues started with having to take medications, i have a underactive thyroid and taking 50mg synrhroid daily. But my 2 main problems blood work came back has low total test and higher than normal estrogen and basicslly my metabolism has shut down. Now the biggest issue is that im severly constipated due to medications, metabolism has shut down and im holding atleast 25lbs of waist and water all around midsection. I have beeb off cycle for 6 months since then ive gained 30lbs all water waist and fat. So im asking thw gurus whats the best way to get my metabolism started what inshouls be taking for that and cleaning my system out my Hrt appointment is next month . it will be pricy for me to go that route. So im open to all postive advice. Lastly my last cycle was 12 weeks test sust 250mgs every 3 days deca 450 once a week oral winstrol 4 weeks 40mgs daily and then clenbuteral 40mgs 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 2 months novadex 20-30mgs a day and oct hcg 2 weeks clomid 4 weeks 50 mgs and then a month of tribulus zma. So i finished in august 6, 1 250 15-20% bf now im 280 bf gotta be 20-25%bf and all.blood work came back normal besides thyroid low total test and high esteodial jus taken in january. Still lifting 5 days a week jus taking protein multivitamin and glutamine. Thanks alot bros i find i get more options and better options thru here then a trt clinic so any feedback much appreciated. Thank you

More frequently balanced meals is a good start as well...
In addition to what Rustyhooker said, i would add (Im no pro but i do play a Dr on TV lol) try adding daily fiber to your diet: i prefer taking the psyllium fiber tablets and then i consciously add high fiber foods into my daily meal plan. Also a high quality probiotic is helpful but beware many of them break down in your stomach and not enough of the beneficial bacteria make it to the intestines so do a lil research or take twice what they recommend. These two things with adequate water consumption will help to reestablish gastric motility for you.

Eat healthy and do cardio.
If you actually have an issue with your thyroid your doctor should be monitoring it and handling the problem.
