About a month ago my Test level was at 1,455. 15 days later I was at 400. With an estrogen of 11. I have aromosin, but I don t think I need that.
My Acht was 74 with 60 being the max, and cortisol was 19 with 22 being the max.
Im doing research into my pituitary gland and or any ectopic tumors elsewhere in the body.
I want to get rid of this moon face and don t know what the best medication would be?I read about caradine helping, trying to get a prescription to reduce cortisol and water etc.
Please advise

I am kind of confused on what is going on here. Were you on cycle? Are you off cycle? In a PCT? Need more background on what you have been doing and taking.
Just on TRT therapy with doctor for past 6 months. Not going on anymore cycles. Was doing 200mg test cyp every 2 weeks. Now doing 125mg test cyp once a week. Trying to dial my test in.
I have a referral to see a endocrinologist, and can't get an appointment till January 13th. Im trying to have doctor pay for all these lab test, otherwise I will go order home test or do self labs.
This cortisol and high acth that is affecting my face is frustrating.

Cause I was impatiently waiting for people to list off over the counter cortisol blockers or prescription medication cortisol blockers that have worked. Thus, testing their cortisol levels, and re testing them, and noticing a favorable increase due to the supplement or medication.

Was supplementing with Magnesium and Ashwagandha. Will look into Holy Basil. I guess my acht and cortisol are not high enough to need a prescription is what everybody is telling me.
Funny thing when I posted about my thyroid on here. I had a TSH of 2. 3 months after that I had a tsh of 3.66. My t3 was 37 and t4 was 3.7. So I did need to be on thyroid medication.
Starting to learn about all these hormonal test a little late in life. Better late than never.
I had to use transdermal magnesium, wasn't absorbing the tablet form. I also have thyroid problems.
