+ 3 Body Fat Percentage with TRT

I posted in the intro forum that my stats included bf of 28%. This was based on a bf scale. I since used the topic search and found the Bf calculator that had been previously posted,http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy. I didn't think the scale was an accurate calculation and the bf calculator gave me an 18% bf reading, long story short, I want to be close to a realistic number. Am I on the right track? I'm on TRT, test cyp, 200mg weekly with hcg chaser pin 500 units, 2x days before test injection day. I have done one cutting stack since starting trt, putting the routine on hold,with an actual 8lb gain in mass. 66 years old and feel better than did at 50.

good job brother ....from another 1951 baby. :))) Yes, I look and feel better than when I was 35! Consider some HGH at low doses too. Im just waiting to be able to afford to order.............Chinese HGH has gotten way better and with EROIDS, etc. to keep suppliers "honest", feel pretty comfortable ordering from the number one source. GREAT WORK AND HOPE TO SEE SOME PROGRESS PICS!

I know about the "time in the gym"...lol.......I would very much just like to watch and get results. Im tired of lifting heavy shit, but always makes me feel better and vainer. lol

month in progress report. Got calipers, 15%. Had to call bullshit on my workout routine. My hour long workout consisted of checking the internet, playing solitare, and going out and doing a set, then repeat. Now I'm doing a hard hour with no more that 1 minute between sets. Still looking for good gains but am feeling the workout and concentrating on isolation, thanks for that. Better on the diet and still looking for improvement there. Appreciate.

Thanks for the feedback, I posted a self shot, TRT BF test dummy, If that shows i'm on the right track. Will start research on diet which is lacking, both myself and my wife have decided that we aren't going out quietly.
Never have considered myself a bodybuilder but respect for all the work put into it, used to harass my bodybuilder friends cause I knew I could out run em!

Just pitching in this thought. The leaner you are, the better you'll feel. No man has ever woken up and said, "gee, I wish I had an extra 20lbs of fat on me." Muscle, sure, we all want more of that, but not fat.

Diet is key. Eating less, moving more, those are the simple keys to fat loss. It's not easy. Just simple.

Good luck brother, and keep us posted. Keep kicking ass for 66 years old! Much respect indeed.

Hello Sir,

Want to say that I am impressed in a good way that you worry about body composition at the age of 66, that's just great Sir, much respect.
In regards to actual post, as @Makwa mentioned below, body fat measuring scales are waste of time, calliper and mirror should be used instead.
In regards to hormones and TRT mr @rusty said the right thing, doctor would be the only right way forward.
In regards to BF levels, closer you are to a single digit BF levels further away you are from a problems like hypertrophy of the heart valve and atherosclerosis. Manipulation to your nutrition will be a key to success.
I am quite sure eRoids community will be more than happy to assist you on this if you share your daily habits with us.

Welcome my friend. Agree with Mak re the BF scales being useless. Use the calipers as he suggests and if you can post up a pic with no face/identifying marks. And tell us a bit about your current diet and training regime. Will be easy to get your BF down with simple diet and training. Being on trt will help somewhat but nothing else is needed.

Don't use the bodyfat scale things. They are so inaccurate it is not even funny. Best thing you can do is buy your self some bodyfat calipers (shouldn't cost more than $10) and just do the simple three point test with it to get a pretty good handle on what your bodyfat is. Could also post up a pic and we could give a ballpark idea.
