My dad really needs to get on some type of HGH or peptide. I really don't know what to recommend to him because I don't know much about them. My dad is in fairly good shape but he's always been really athletic.. He play professional rugby in Ireland before immigrating over here. Even now he still plays soccer on occasion and would be even more active if his body would let him.. Can anyone recommend the best route for him to take?. He's 58
