Advice needed for TRT
I'll start off with stats. I am 28 about to be 29 years old and in the Military. 235 lbs at about 10% bf. Married with a kid and another possibly on the way. I've had fertility issues since early 20's long before AAS usage and low test (268 in 2008 and lh and fsh were about 1.5) . (Low count/low motility) so we ended up doing IVF and have frozen embryos. So becoming completely sterile is of no issue to me. I have 5 cycles under my belt and have used test, tren, eq (don't use anymore due to blood pressure), mast, adrol, var, tbol, and primo. Not all at once obviously. I went into my doc for gyno removal surgery ( I have had it since puberty, and never gotten any worse on AAS). So he ran bloods to see if I had any issues. My levels came back almost all zeroed out. LH 0.1 fsh 0.1 estradiol <5, total test 12.4 and free test 2.2
Needless to say I was stunned. I have been off cycle and pct'd which obviously didn't work. But I don't feel horrible and can get an erection no problem. I do feel tired all the time but just attribute it to working out hard and being a dad. I also feel foggy though out the day and have bad night sweats. So I'm obviously going to be looked at for TRT. I told the docs I've never used steroids but that I have had low T since 2008. Just not sure what to say to them now that my tests came back all bottomed out. They are looking at pituitary issues like tumors and everything but I'm sure it's just due to my AAS usage. Any advice would be appreciated on what to tell the docs since I can't come clean about AAS usage to them. I have no issues with going on TRT and had accepted that fate when I started using.

bro, im 27 and been on TRT. I juiced from age 17 on up. Took way too much gear, with way too little breaks.
Best advice I can give you is... Be 100% honest with the endo. My endo says he sees countless guys like us. They need to know the REASON for those bottomed out numbers in your blood results. Whether you have low test production b/c of a pituitary tumor or from AAS use, it is STILL diagnosed as "hypogonadism". And regerdless of where you live in the U.S., doctors must treat you for it.
It's like a fat person going to the doctor b/c they have high blood pressure. Is the doctor going to refuse them adequate medical treatment just b/c the person eats mcdonalds and chose to get fat? Or if a heroin addict catches hepatitis C b/c of needle sharing, will the hospital refuse to medicate them? No, doctors take an oath to treat patients based on what their medical NEEDS are, not b/c of the decisions the patient makes in their personal life.
The endo will most likely put you on Test replacement.
Just an update, my retest came back with all the same low numbers so I'm being referred to an endo. Just want to get some test back in me so I can feel normal again.
What is the range? 12.4 is normal in Europe. Test metrics vary considerably, and should always be reported with the range. I'm dubious because these tests can measure fractions that small.
If that is a normal test level, then that means you are still on exogenous test.
If not, standard protocol. Wait 30 days until you are clean. Run 2000iu hcg eod for 20,000iu total. Go to privatemdlabs and get the female hormone panel, report back with the results. Until we know if your balls are working, we can't give you a solution.
The range is 350-1200 ng/dL.
I don't think I have ever seen a test that low. That's less than most women. I think your adrenal glands should even be producing more than that. Something is bad wrong, its not the past AAS use.
You need a RETEST. If they come back the same then you need test ASAP and a complete work up. Your bones are gonna turn to sand if you don't.
Do you work around pesticides, fertilizer? Any organophosphates? Chemical weapon destruction?
Even after cycle you should have more test than that.
I do wish you the best of luck buddy. Hit me up if ya need me.
And what MED said. Your Dr needs to know everything at this point.
Building a relationship with your doctor that has the possibilty to save your life is the most important intervention for you, right now. There are MDs out there that respect your privacy, as well as, the doctor patient relationship. At least respect yourself enough to be honest. Its is only then that a simple, or complex, diagnosis will allow you an effect treatment regimen. FR sent. We are here for you...
TronI think that's the best advice anyone can give this man.. good stuff +1
