So Andromeda just told me about a STD that makes the head of your dick swell up and apparently they have to hit it with a hammer. Can somebody please tell me what the hell this is and why treatment has to be a smack with a hammer?

AnonThat would be black syphilis. Unlike regular syphilis which is fully treatable black syphilis is considered a super STD that is medically resistant. When you get it your urethra begins to calcify from the inside, the only way to break that up is by (you guessed it) smacking it with a hammer until the calcium breaks free.
It's extremely rare, even back in the day. Some claim it never existed at all but I've talked to guys who have treated others with black syph and from the stories, I'm glad it's almost non existent.
