Just some quick info. steroids in Victoria is catergorised as calss A drug so its right up there with the bad shit. If you get done by customs more then likely you will get a fine for first offence even for persoanl use quantities. Anyone here from Victoria?
WA customs very hard to get anything in due to lack of parcels that go there in general, so more attention is paid to every parcel.
NSW customs has high volume and high seizure rates. alot still gets through though and you will get fined or face court for repeat offending.
im interested to hear how customs could prove that you actually ordered the items. anyone can use your name and address, and im sure the source isnt going to provide any information they have...
my experience has been that they notify you of the confiscation and that they are destroying it and no further action will be taken unless i wanted to dispute the confiscation. maybe thats just SA?
Im from country nsw, i have been fined twice. When they fine you, you dont fight it becasue you will end up at your local magistrate who will probably lock you up for it and triple your fine. Its not hard to convict, all they need is evidence of you picking up or signing for the parcel. If they dont have that they'll just take your computer and Im sure they'll have more then enough to convict you then.

got fined for 4th seizure and received a visit from customs and they confiscated some oils that "appears to be steroids"
I opened up a po box and thought i was clever and got away with a couple seizures before they dug around and found out the po box belonged to me. You need a valid drivers license to acquire one so I got the dick.
My last fine was substantial and included a very clear warning that If i attempted to import anything illegal and does get intercepted by customs i will feel the full and extensive wrath of the law!

Yes i agree. Whats the old legal jargon called "Beyond resonable doubt" & its harder than you think to prove it to this leavel.
So with that said how can they prove "without a little doubt" it was you who ordered them? Unless they catch you in the act of collecting & even then id suggest you'd have to take them home, keep them & then have customs raid your place, find needles & other incriminating evidence before they'd take it to court.
I suppose it wouldnt help if you had traps growing out of the top of your neck when/if you were busted but you get where im coming from.
mate its not the supreme court, its your local magistrate, they can lock you up coz they dont like the look of ya. Beyond reasonable doubt doesnt even register to them.
FOR PEOPLE WANTING NOLVA AND ADEX:
I don't know how many of you guys know this but its worth a try, I guess.
According to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), you can order can bring in a 3 months supply (without exceeding 15 months supply in a 12 month period) of tamoxifen citrate and adex and maybe a few others.
Tamoxifen Citrate and Amiridex, in short, aren't prohibited. Basically, you can get a 3 months supply (based on the dosage for medical conditions) without much trouble into Aus.

Ive had adex and letrozole seized and nolva and clomid pass. Interesting! I dont even know if customs know what the fuck is going on half the time.

From what I can tell, yes.
Exemestine and methylandrosta... structures aren't prohibited. I also read the TGA thinks its more advantagious for breast cancer treatments than nolva, so I'd say it would be. Also, there doesn't seem to be any prohibited ingredients in it as well.
If you're worried, you could always give them a ring and say its for 'your wife with breast cancer', and see what they say.
Also, instead of looking for international sources, if anyone knows an ambitious (and reliable) brewer in the same state, we could PM each other. Intrastate post is quite lax.

yo, great page dude. just checking in, always very interested to hear about reliable sources and current customs seizure rates. im in adelaide and had my last shipment seized (items removed on suspicion of being steroids), so am keen to hear anyones recommendations... also curious whether each states customs inspects parcels seperately, or only which ever state the packages enters the country in, maybe one state is easier than another?

Spoke to a few of the aussie boys about this before but im going to throw this out there anyway. Has anyone had Nolva &/or Clomid seized by customs?
im pretty sure the main reason juice and such items get seized is because of the PBS. basically tax. dont fuck with our government ant its tax lol. i think nolva and clomid arent on the PBS therefore dont get seized. ive had a package opened by customs with both in and was all good.

No not yet. Sometimes Ive had other shit in the same package seized but nolva and clomid sent. My heart sinks when I see that customs open for inspection sticker they leave on the parcel. Anyway you can grab that stuff cheap from local sources

Hey guys there may be an easy way around this. How about Po boxes. Could that work? If you get a seizure hand back the box and get another at a different post code. Just a thought.
i have about 20 empty address's i have available most times that i can have items sent to, aslong as u have the tracking number u can normal see through aus post when something is going to get delivered n so just go n wait there n hour till it gets delivered, one thing ive noticed, if it goes through sydney customs it normal gets picked up when i order things, where as ive never had melb or bris pick up anything, the problem i find mostly is just finding someone that resends when it does get picked up
when you get a seizure notice wouldnt both your name and address be flagged? with a PO box you need photo id to get one so you could get them all over the place but unless you can get fake id they are all going to have your name on them. ive found the trick is to become friendly with your local postie and then your options really open up.
