Vertigo
ad
Anyone ever deal with vertigo? I have a nasty case of it right now. Any time I turn my head to either side I get so dizzy and feel like I'm going vomit. I've had this on random occasion in the past. I have some excersize to do but wondering what others do to relieve symptoms?
This shit sucks!

Most vertigo is caused by too much fluid/pressure in the inner ear. If you have a cold (any stage), allergies, etc., you can get a build up in your inner ear and get a case of vertigo. If you blow your nose a lot, that can push fluid up your eustachian tubes and can lead to vertigo. If this is the case, use some pseudoephedrine and that should help get rid of the fluid.
BigBmajHave you recently stopped taking any anti depressants? I was having the same thing and I realized I was forgetting to take my lexapro.
Check your BP? Ears dirty, use those candles - if you've never done it, try it you won't believe what comes out. Dehydration?
Not sure.
have you had your ears cleaned in a while ?.. sometimes that will do it..
I don't know how bad yours are, but I have noticed several spells in the past couple months, while I was on cycle. I used to get them when I was in my early 20's, but as I got older they seemed to go away.
I have had about three. And, they have been random. They aren't frequent, and I don't get nauseated. I just figured they were from blood pressure changes, or something crossing the blood brain barrier.
If I feel one coming on I just usually get real still and take deep breaths and let them out slow until they go away.
It has something to do with calcium deposits in our ears that help keep our equilibrium. I'm not to sure to be honest but when it happens it lasts all day or for days on end. Most times it doesn't bother me much but yesterday was brutal. Luckily I woke up this morning and I feel fine so far.
No way, really? This is the first time I have heard this. I am going to look into this calcium deposit theory. In the ears, huh? This sheds some new light on the topic....thanks bro!!!
Do you have eye floaters, just curious?
I don't know if it was calcium, I just remember the first time I had it I was a mess. Went to the doc and said there are crystals or something in our ears..
What's an eye floater? Eye boogies? LOL
Floaters have been described to me as trash in the aqueous humor of the eyeball, which are caused from proteins that sluff off and don't absorb as quickly as they should. If I dont get enough sleep, they increase in number. The whole next day they are really bad. There are some CAN-C eye drops that are supposed to help, but I havent tried them.
