I was always cool with him but I don't know why others would follow his lost cause. I like it here, so I don't know why others would risk losing their accounts over following him.
I wasn't following him, we were all friends and it got blown up into something it shouldn't. It was water under the bridge and it changed my perception on eroids. I love all those dudes and miss them but I need eroids. One of those dudes is now a source so were not all retarded.
I know a lot of those guys are cool, I was busting their balls. I just remember when Irish was banned and he snuck back on here and PMed me a new site he was hanging out at, like he wanted me to follow him. He is a good dude and has always been fun to hang around, but like I said I didn't care to give up my account for someone else.

About a decade ago I was a mod on a tech site that at the time was the largest one there was for its subject. I can tell you that it may seem fun and games, but being a mod is NOT an easy job. 26 forums and sub forums here. 25 reports per page. Lets say that each page gets activity on 8 posts (some get more, some get less) every 6 hrs. Thats activity on 32 posts in each forum each day. With 26 forums, thats 832 posts that Goth, Grrl, Hollywood, et-al have to dig thru and check on. Helluva difference from cruising thru the board and opening a half dozen or dozen posts because the title interests you. Now consider this, you get a handful that are now wanting to display the mentality of a junior high schooler (heh heh heh, he said boobies, heh heh heh). Here comes a new member looking for info and opens the page because the title grabbed him or it came up in search. Dont matter that two pages back theres good info, all he sees is the grab ass and he moves on with a bad taste in his mouth. Now take the same ones that were stirring the pot and have one or two decide "we'll, I'll show that a-hole hollywood, I'll start shitting all over the place!", all the while being rooted on by a few others that are finding it cute to try and F with the mods. Now, the mods have to start really watching close to try and see where they are crapping at, taking already limited time (as Tread mentioned) and stretching it even thinner. Plus, as a mod, you know as soon as they see you log off they will log in and start crapping everywhere as fast as they can, all the while bitching that the mods are nazis and complaining about freedom of speech, etc. Never once giving a crap as to how they are affecting the board or the boards reputation. And when it progresses to the point that the pot is being stirred non-stop by some thinking they will get the mods to back off, they leave the mods little choice but to execute the nuclear option, as thats their job. Personally, I never enjoyed having to go nuclear, but it didnt stop me from doing it. And I would lay a case of beer on the line that most all the mods here feel the same way. They would much rather just have to delete/lock the posts that need it... like the "Hey, where can I buy this" posts, rather than have to go thru and clean house with a 20lb sledgehammer. However, it doesn't mean they won't do it if needed either!

Loaylty, Respect and Honor... heavy words to be so lightly thrown around... Back in the club days, "Respect" meant knowing not to crap on the floor at someone elses place that was letting us in there. "Honor" meant that if someone thought enough of us to invite us, we would treat them in the way they deserved by having let us in (see Respect above). As for "Loyalty", when one did get tossed from someplace, we all packed up and left, and didnt stay behind bitching about it, and damn sure didnt keep going back and back and back. Just sayin....

AnonI know that you are upset that your friends got banned, but my advice would be to sleep on it for a while before you get too dramatic with this. My personal feeling is that you will realize that you need eroids more than you think, and that nobody is out to get you. Although, you really do owe Hlwd an apology for how you talked to him, he is doing a thankless job, and whether you choose to believe it or not - he is enforcing the will of the majority here. I liked those guys too, maybe not as much as you but at the end of the day I have plenty of real friends, and do not need eroids to make up for a lack of social life. I do however, need it for education and shared wisdom. Figure out which it is you are looking for, and make your decision.
Him and I talked it out ...you just get used to people when you come on everyday ...and your 100 percent correct about learning shit on here...I swear I've learned something new everyday on here ...this site protects people and educates them -everyone has friends outside of eroids but one thing I will say is not many share the same hobbies (Aas) . So you guys say what you want but I've met some great people on here that are real knowledgeable not only with Aas but other things as well...Not nut hugging but hwood has a tough job on here...he's gada be robocop in Afghanistan there are some radicals on here.

here is where you just dont understand... this site is not facebook... not twitter... not trannyfanboi.com... this site is a steroid review forum. its cool to joke around a little but mainly this site is intended to make our way of life safer and smarter. these gentlemen were posting 500+ posts a day of tranny/icecream truck nonsense with very little real help to anyone by volume. they abused the freedom of this site to discuss what you want. they turned a supplier intro page into a circus instead of it being a place to ask the supplier questions and post concerns. then, when chastized, they turned it into some kind of power struggle. heres the kicker, they had no power to begin with. this is why this happened and i am grateful for it. i liked them too. but i also saw what this forum was becoming and did not like that. i hope this gives you a different perspective and you understand it from what i would like to believe is the majority's view.

brutha i'm a frickin MOD... eroids is a huge part of MY life. And this bullshit was wasting MY time which in turn drains the resources to keep eroids running smoothly for EVERYONE. Eroids is much larger than these few members and they are not the only source of info. We have plenty of knowledgable members that DON'T have a hard on to make a hard job even more difficult for their own personal enjoyment
