tendonitis... i think
ad
so im back to working out after waiting out 3 month after pulling my tricep, next thing i noticed today is an inflammation near my elbow, on my biceps. im getting this burning sensation , it doesn't hurt much and there is no sharp or dwelling pain. could this be tendonitis? any one had experience with this? alot of ppl told me not to take ibrouphen because inflammation is "good". anyways should i be worried? i dont want this to turn into any thing big so if anyone has something to share please do

just like the sgtstedanko said Rest it,ice it, repeat..Got same problem but getting better.Any lifts that bother it dont do just work around it for time being if time off is not an option..Good luck
RICE...inflammation is not good, the pain caused by tendonitis is due to the inflammation of the affected tendon. tendons, like cartilage have dont receive blood and oxygen like muscles which is why they take a long time to heal. try a nitric oxide patch, will increase blood flow and oxygen to the area which should speed up the healing process
sgtstedankoYou sure you want my help? Sounds like it could be, dude. Only way to go about is rest & ice, imo... I get it in my knee from time to time. Rest & ice it down for a few days. See if that helps, brother... If It's bad, could take months : (
good luck
