Just giving a big thanks to everyone who suggested using that nizoral shampoo to help clear up acne, I'm not the type to really ever get any until I cycle, from my forearms to collarbone over the shoulder and down my lats, couldn't even show off what I was working on, but after using that shampoo 2-3x a week as a body wash it's a night and day difference when nothing else was working and didn't want to go down the accutane route if I could avoid it, so thanks again everyone
