Shoulder injury

ad

I've spent about 3 years now dicking around with many different physical therapists over my shoulder. Every orthopedic surgeon I've seen refused to do any surgery unless something is ripped off the bone. I'll just share some of these issues and if any of you have had similar problems and found other solutions I would love to hear them.
The biggest problem is my trap is tight as all hell. I have a golf ball size knot in it and I can't get that shoulder as low as the other. The AC joint is constantly popping. I've been to physical therapy for it multiple times and even taken months off of lifting which just made all the muscles around it even tighter. Anything I stretch just ends up back to being tight as hell the next morning. I have had deep tissue done so many times it isn't even funny and no one can get rid of the knot. If I try to flare my lats out at all the bad shoulder gets stuck even higher than normal compared to the other. All of this has pretty much ruined any and all progress I've made over the years with lifting. EVERYTHING on my bad side is tight and it doesn't matter if I spend multiple hours a day stretching either. Everything is clearly spasming out but these orthopedists cannot be bothered with it. Maybe I'm just really unlucky and continually finding bad ones but if anyone knows of anything else I can try I'd like to hear it

There is a power lifter at my gym that is a physical therapist. I’ll ask him when it opens. He helped me with my injury.

Have you ever tried arnica oil? It will relax the muscle and loosen it up in hours. It’s a life saver. I used it when a muscle was tight and pinching my nerve.you just rub it on and you will thank me later.

Oh yeah. No homo.

You have to rest.
Id have that arm in a sling.

Vitamin k transports protein/ nutrients directly into injured areas so research that.

Think about calcium and vitamin d for bone/ muscle health.

You have to rest and be absolutley healthy.

No drugs, alcohol or smoking etc.

Make sure all you nutrients are at peak.

Think anti oxidants.

Bcaas/ protein.

When i snapped my leg i researched vastly and got alot of opinions from people on here looking at the best ways of healing.

Deca looks good on paper but its temporary relief.
It increases good types of cells around the injury whilst you are on it but they negate after cessation.
You could possibly use a small amount temporarily aslong as you dont lift whilst on it and you also control any sides.

For you id go something like this-

Hgh 3iu ed
Test 350mgs weekly.
High pure protein ed spread evenly throughout 24 hours.
Bcass spread evenly.
A good multi vitamin.
Vit d calcium combo tablets at high dose evenly.
Vitamin k peak evenly.
Vit e and c peak evenly.
Milk thistle peak evenly.

Make sure you food intake is clean and highly nutritious.
Remember any injury requires 1200 cals by itself just for healing- thats on top of what ever you normal daily requirements are, if you dont take in the extra your already losing time.

Lots of green veg and good fruits.

Lots of water and lots of sleep- proper unbroken sleep atleast 10 hours.

I wouldnt be bodybuilding for atleast 3 months.
I would not be stretching the bunk arm or shoulder.
Keep up with some cardio like long walks or in an excersise bike for good blood flow.
But stay away from heavy lifting and using that side to much.

You gotta heal and rest.

Dont touch valium or pain killers.

Supergreen shakes are good.

Have you tried bpc157? If you haven't then might be a better option to try before any surgery.

I have the same issue especially after I tore my labrum. My old PT had something similar to this and when they used it they started cracking up. I looked in the mirror and my shoulder dropped about 6 inches. Not sure if the cheaper ones are as good or which one he used but using this before each PT session did wonders for me.

Check with a good chiropractor I’ve had successfully had mine help me out with things like that. It could be emanating from your spine. But they can work on other joints as well like your shoulder. Also I bought a Thera Gun. It’s pretty good at getting knots out. It’s a little pricey, but you probably spent far more than that on medical help. Yours sounds pretty severe but as long as you have suffered I’d be trying anything at this point
