+ 1 5 week recomp.
ad
Hey lads curious how you all would do a 5 week recomp before a holiday.
Heres what I’m gonna do if anyone thinks I could tweak it lmk!
2300 calories
200g protein
60g fats
240g carbs (around training)
3x full body sessions a week with an extra one for mobility ( rotator cuff issues)
175mg test (566ng/dl) or 19.6 nmol.
Tirzepatide at 2.5mg I don’t seem to need much it works perfectly at this dose.
On bpc157 as well just to mention.
I have got npp, tren, mast, primo, anavar and dbol at disposal but I’ve just got hdl back up in range so not really fancying anything else especially in a cut.
Anything you guys would tweak let me know.
Appreciate ya professionals opinions!

less fats, more carbs if required to make up your 2300 calories. track weight daily and decrease calories/increase cardio weekly.
or forget about all of that and blast the fuck out of the tren. ;)
Personally, I would pour all my effort into a deficit if I only had 5 weeks.
Trying to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously is makes the overall change much slower - unless you’re relatively new to all of this.
For more experienced lifters it’s not a route to meaningful change, IMO.
What's your current bodyfat %?
Any cardio in place? Step count?
How have you actually structured your training?
What are your calories output and macros currently sat at pre tidy up phase?
I'd add in a bit of clen if it was me but your not me.
How are you with your diet layout?
If you could give us a bit more info that would help us structure my guy!
for only 5 weeks I’d keep it pretty simple rather than adding more compounds. If 2300 is putting you in a sensible deficit, 200g protein is more than enough for preserving muscle. What I found out is during my cut is I have to maintain carbs for the energy, I do plan them around training that way I don’t feel flat and no energy. Not sure how bad ur labs were but I do live mast and its dam good at the end of a cut, but not sure 5 weeks would be quite long enough to get full benefit
