Just for perspective, I ran a stupid high Sus cycle to see how high I could get my test before sides showed up and I ran it with eq. I can’t remember how much Sus I ran but I’m pretty sure I was running 300mg eq.

My test levels were over 8k and my e2 was at 37. I wasn’t taking any AI or anything else to help control e2 except the eq.

In the past I’ve had my test at 2500 and had my e2 around 30-35 and I think I was running a very small dose of AI so for me to be able to more than triple the amount of my test, drop the AI, and still keep my e2 at basically the same level with eq is impressive to me.

That stuff, for me at least, really controls e2 quite powerfully.

You will need to do bloods and find out what your system likes. Keep in mind eq takes forever to reach saturation and it takes forever to leave your system so if you build up too much eq and your e2 tanks it could be a while for the eq to leave your system and your e2 to climb again so some guys get Dbol as Dbol aromatizes like a mofo to help boost e2 if you crash it.

I’m just a simpleton but that’s my experience and that’s all I can really share.

3:1 test to eq ration is a good start. Eq can be brutal on e2 for a lot of people even at 3:1 and some people can run 1:1 ratios. You’ll just have to see what works with you and go off of bloodwork

I’m interested as well. How my estrogen reacted to Eq, I been afraid to use it.
